Easy access, quiet surroundings and clean, well-maintained cabin.

First time visiting this area, we loved the hiking and visiting the caves. We also enjoyed peaceful, quiet canoe ride down the river followed by star gazing and snores by the campfire.

Great cabin and the perfect size and setup for our group of 6. Hot tub was just what we needed and we enjoyed sitting by the fire all night. Host had great communication as well. Saving to come again next year! The views around the cabin were gorgeous as well!

Wonderful stay / amenities! Will absolutely come again. We enjoyed the hot tub at night as well as trying to put together the puzzles (we failed). Pet friendly made a great stay even better! Quiet and not up against other properties made it feel secluded and peaceful. The only problem I had was finding where to put the trash-email said to put in dumpsters but there were no dumpsters I could find so I just took it home with me to my garbage can.

The place was clean and nice. We had a great trip. The couches look brand new and not broken for anyone reading reviews. A few things to note. Trash bin is over at the house next door (the live shack). Also bring your own lighter if you plan on using the grill or fire pit. Other than that hot tub was clean and felt great after hiking. No other issues. It was a perfect getaway and very peaceful.

bathroom on the first floor was not clean, mildew on the shower curtain, floors were not swept properly. We had issues with ice and refrigerator not closing properly. I sent a email but received no response while we were there. windows were full of insects and you couldn't see out of the windows most of the time, due to condensation build up and they were very dirty.

Everything was great about the property except the lock instructions to get in the home were wrong. It took some trial and errors to figure out how to get in and lock it when we left. Also, the 16 acre part of the listing is deceiving. It is on about 1 acre. The rest of the land is a drop off, which is unusable. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and was convenient to attractions. We would stay here again.

The wife and I had a great stay! Pretty secluded place, no noise anywhere. We enjoyed the fire place and the hot tub, other than the switches on it were a little tricky! Would definitely recommend!

The cabin was perfect for our weekend retreat. The hot tub was the perfect temperature and we were able to build a fire in the pit. We did use the grill and think an upgrade would be a good idea but that didn’t cause any issues. Hikes are all in decent driving range. The stores are pretty far though, so plan accordingly. Overall our stay was great!
