We came for UTK graduation and the location was perfect. The property was clean, comfortable and provided everything we needed. Check-in was simple and communication with the host was great. We would definitely stay again.

This new townhouse was clean, comfortable and just what we needed while visiting the UTK campus. The host was helpful and easy to communicate with, and the outdoor space is perfect for pets. Will look to stay here again!

Beautiful property

This condo is lovely! The owners have great taste. Quality furnishings down to the linens. Close to Target, fast food, etc. We will definitely stay here again if visiting Knoxville.

After arriving to the unit, it had not been cleaned. Turned out to be a misunderstanding with the manager and cleaning crew. Kara got us into another unit that was just next door. The furniture downstairs was not comfortable but the beds were very comfortable. Would have been nice to have tvs in all of the bedrooms instead of the master bedroom only, but overall the property was nice.

What a great find! Very nice comfortable, immaculate, and a dog friendly place that felt like a second home. The unit even had an outdoor deck and fenced in yard just for us and our 4-legged best friend. We visited our family in Knoxville Tennessee for 8-days in October 2024. We were very pleased that our granddaughter chose to stay with us for several days and she had a great time sleeping in one of the bunk bed’s. Well equipped with everything you need for a great stay. Great design/layout, nicely decorated unit, plenty of parking. Very comfortable furnishings and beds. Outdoor fire pit, rocking chairs, and charcoal grill in the common area. Owners were very accommodating and responsive to our questions. The place was perfect for our stay and we plan to stay again next time we visit the Knoxville area.

We stayed at this townhouse, while visiting UTK. It was the perfect location and beautifully decorated. Communication with the host was great. There was a nice firepit for all the units to use along with a grill. Was a nice touch. If my daughter chooses UTK, I will definitely come back to this location.
