Enjoy the sunrise and peaceful ocean views from your private balcony in this second floor condo. LV Duck is a well-maintained, semi-oceanfront condo, in the perfect location for your family vacation, just 170 feet from the nearest beach access. This unit has excellent views of the pool and ocean.

When you stay at LV Duck you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy all the community amenities of Colony by the Sea. The oceanfront pool has large sundecks with restrooms, outside showers, grilling areas and picnic tables nearby. Community tennis courts, basketball courts and playground areas are great for wearing out the kids and access to the community WiFi will keep you connected to home! In addition, there is a community coin-operated laundry facility.

Please note, the mattress size for the bunk beds is not a normal twin size; they are 5 feet in length.

There is no elevator available at this unit or building.

LV Duck is not pet-friendly.

Had a fantastic stay! I’ve stayed at several units in this community, and this one was really terrific. Great view of ocean from high seats on the balcony, equipped with a little “bar top” so you can eat overlooking the ocean! Will stay again for sure.
