Two expansive master suites on the main floor feature king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms, and direct access to the private, shimmering pool. Wake up to the gentle breeze and start your day with a refreshing dip just steps from your bed. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts modern appliances, providing everything needed to prepare culinary delights. The open-concept living and dining area, with seating for eight, creates a welcoming atmosphere for entertaining and relaxation. A convenient laundry room adds to the home’s practicality.

Upstairs, a stylish bedroom with a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom ensures comfort and privacy. Additionally, one more bedroom— with a queen-size bed and a single bed with an ensuite bathroom. Each of these rooms opens onto a shared balcony, offering a serene spot to enjoy the tranquil surroundings.

Step outside into your private sanctuary, where a sparkling pool, inviting dining area, comfortable seating space, and BBQ grill await. This outdoor haven is perfect for al fresco dining, lounging, and creating unforgettable memories under the warm Costa Rican sun.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The views were absolutely stunning, and the place was very well-amenitied with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the management team was excellent—they were responsive, clear, and helpful throughout. We would definitely recommend this property and would happily stay here again.

This home won't disappoint you. The house was well decorated and appointed and the Zindis group is a well run management company that responded to all of our needs. Comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen.

Girls trip!

The house is beautiful, well stocked and clean with stunning views! Just perfect for what we needed for our girls trip with friends. We had 3 moms, 2 adult daughters and everyone had their own space. There is a lot of new construction in the neighborhood so a little noisy on weekdays but that didn’t stop the fun!

All arrangements went well - Alex, the house manager met us at the property for our overview. Villa was gorgeous and the view stunning ! House was well-stocked with essentials. We opted for a grocery pre-load via Zindis, the property management co, that worked very well. Accessed the Pacifico Shuttle many times to move around the community. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home and location!

This house was absolutely perfect and the view was amazing. Somehow the pictures don't even do the home justice, it is beautiful and was very clean. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was the most stocked rental I've ever been to with plenty of towels, cups, plates, pots, pans, utensils, etc. Our house manager was very friendly and responsive and helped us with anything we needed. The house was in a beautiful gated community and we felt very safe. We stayed here with friends but I would love to come back one day with my kids. It was a very short drive to get to a grocery store and restaurants and the beach was less than 10 mins drive away. You won't regret staying here!

The Listing Undersells The Property!!

This is one of the best properties I have ever stayed in. When you arrive, the community is incredible. It is gated, has a ton of amenities (pickle ball, basketball, multiple pools, 2 restaurants, a very good coffee shop and a very solid gelato stand. You are walking distance to Coco and the beach, but you feel a world away. Truly a best of both worlds kind of thing.The staff was amazing! Adelin was our contact and she checked in every day, and put us in touch with their concierge who helped us to book a few excursions. One note on Costa Rica in general. If you plan on visiting any of the non-beach national parks, you need a 4X4. You need it for the ground clearance.
