If you rent the this downstairs unit, the upstairs will be vacant. New pool and paver patio 2024. Great location in Bouldin south of Barton Springs Road. Walk to downtown, Zilker Park, Auditorium Shores. Walk to S Lamar, S 1st. Short Uber to S Congress and downtown.

Remodeled 2022, all new furniture 2024.

2% fee for VRBO cancellations because they charge me.

Modern 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 9ft ceilings, pool. Walk South Austin from our Bouldin Creek flat! Comfortably sleeping 8, it features 3 bedrooms with 2 king bedrooms and the 3rd has queen bunk beds, a large backyard perfect for gatherings with pool, gas fire pit, and picnic table. Inside, enjoy new furnishings, a plush couch, smart TV, Sonos, and a fully-equipped kitchen. walk to some of Austin`s top restaurants, bars, parks, ACL, and SXSW.

This downstairs flat with private yard and pool are yours alone.

I live near by if you need anything.

Very close to restaurants and parks. Two blocks from Barton Springs RD and Butler Park, Palmer Center and Long Center.

Dawson is a great neighborhood because you can literally walk to many attractions and downtown.

Great place!

We loved this property! It was spotless, nicely decorated, had very comfy beds and sofa, and a great backyard. We loved hanging out outside in and around the pool. The house had all the things we needed for a little cooking, some laundry and just lounging. It was in a great location for walking to First and Congress streets, where we found fantastic food, cocktails and live music. David was a super host - very accommodating and communicative. I highly recommend this place!
