Stunning Waterfront Cottage with Breathtaking Views!
A Gorgeous, Waterfront setting in the Sailing Capital of the World! Charm, Detail, and Hospitality were not spared in this newly-remodeled and totally upgraded cottage. This 2 BR, 1 BA house sleeps 4-6 people. Features include an open floor plan, with hardwood floors throughout, customized cabinetry, and granite counter tops. The modern kitchen offers all new appliances; stove, microwave, side by side refrigerator, coffee maker, dishwasher and is fully stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils. Everything to cook up a feast! The marble tiled bathroom features a large shower, vanity and the necessities of a home away from home! The living room is furnished with a comfy sleeper sofa, two plush chairs, and a large flat screen TV with cable. A bright and sun-filled room makes a perfect setting for morning coffee or a cozy dinner at the table, seating for four. Double French Doors off the living room open to a deck with a table and chairs overlooking Back Creek and the full back yard. Relax and sit on the deck with a cold drink and enjoy the waterfront views or take advantage of the kayaks provided for you.
The property is only minutes from Historic, Downtown Annapolis and has easy access to the Chesapeake Bay. Convenient shopping is within 2 miles; grocery, pharmacy, liquor stores, as well as some amazing restaurants.
Just footsteps away, The Cottage offers the amenities of the marina which include a pool (in season), a shuttle service to downtown Annapolis, Fitness Center, Wi-Fi, bikes, and a water taxi location.
