Overall nice place, we stayed over Christmas and the house was nice enough to make sure we had a tree for our children. We were given the wrong code when we arrived, which was a little frustrating after a 3 Day Rd. trip, but it was resolved within 15 minutes. There is little to no hot water when it comes to showering, which was frustrating after a long days at the parks and wanting to have a relaxing shower also, there was no extra toilet paper garbage bags. I’m not sure if this is standard procedure, but we ended up having to buy our own, which I felt shouldn’t have been the case even with these little hiccoughs we did enjoy the house and it was overall a great experience

Hi Richard apologies for the incorrect code, it was human error, but glad it was resolved very quickly. We didn't know about the faulty shower, this had now been fixed. If you had reported it to our very efficient management company they would have fixed same day. Yes it is standard procedure for the renting of a villa that the guests are provided with an initial supply of things like toilet rolls and then the guests buys more if needed. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay and hope we can rent to you in the future. stephen
