Best home away from home !

My sister and I rented this house for the weekend to celebrate her birthday and we wanted a nice home in the baton rouge area that gave us good access to different locations and felt good to be in. This home was absolutely perfect. Completely neat, the owner was very nice and responsive, and the neighbors were very welcoming and kind to us as well! We will definitely be booking again in the future!

The place smelled of smoke. Bedding was very old and not comfortable. Not a great neighborhood. Party house not an overnight

I’m sorry that you had such a bad experience. As I told you, I can only control what I can control. You acknowledged that I had a Non-smoking sign up but the place still smelled smoky even after the place was cleaned. This is why I had no problem refunding a small amount because of the dissatisfaction. Because I explained your situation to Airbnb, I had that previous guest reprimanded. As far as the bedding is concerned, the frame, the box spring and the mattress are all less than 2 years old.

We had a wonderful stay

We loved how updated and cute the house was. It was clean!! Communication with the owner was so easy and he responded very quickly to any messages I sent. The only thing I could say slightly negative was the beds were a little on the firm side. Otherwise, overall really good stay and I’d recommend this place!

Nice Stay

The house was well presented and very clean. It looks like the owner put a lot into rehabbing the home and did a nice job. The neighborhood, while fairly close to the LSU campus, seems a bit sketchy and the house is on a busy street. Lots of loud cars over the night.
