Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located studio! Nestled in the heart of San Diego's famed Little Italy district. The studio is on the bottom floor of a 3-unit property. Quaint and cozy, this bright and happy space serves as the perfect urban retreat for couples or solo travelers. Featuring a cozy king bed and a kitchenette stocked with the essentials, dining in or dining out (you're in the right place!) is always an option.

The Space:
This studio comes fully equipped with everything you need for a great getaway. Fully equipped kitchen, smart TV, cozy king size bed, beautiful decor, wifi throughout, and one parking spot for a compact size car (larger vehicles will not fit).

The studio is on the bottom floor of a 3-unit property.

​​​​​​​PARKING: There is one parking space that will fit a compact size car. Larger vehicles will not fit and will need to be parked on the street.

There is a portable A/C and a space heater in the unit. This studio does not have a central hvac system or thermostat.

Best Vrbo yet! This loft is incredible: super clean and spacious. All of the sleeping and sitting areas are also very comfortable. I also really appreciated the various fans and air purifiers available to use. It made quite the difference in cooling off the space in the summer! The decor is incredibly cohesive and aesthetic (it felt like a dream Pinterest board).It’s also in a walkable area which is extremely convenient. Plus, the host is so kind, welcoming, and responsive! I had an incredible time and would definitely stay again.

Awesome host with really fast response times. Directions were provided before check in with clear instructions. Home was clean, spacious, and had plenty of towels. Couch and bed was comfy. I was not aware of this (probably a miss on my part), but this is technically a "basement"/downstairs unit. The windows to the home are to the ground floor patio/sidewalk, so if there are people chatting outside, you can easily hear them. Just something to be aware of especially if booking especially on a weekend. Overall, awesome place, that is super convenient. It's right in the heart of little Italy and you can step outside to the farmer's market on Saturday mornings. You are right next to the freeway so you can zoom out to other parts of the city really easily. Would definitely stay here again if we were back in town.

The apartment was perfect for 2 people, in a fantastic location and with a dedicated parking space, although it would accommodate a compact car only. However, there seemed to be adequate street parking. The apartment is in the Little Italy neighborhood with tons of great restarants, a real plus There! There was a full, updated kitchen, nice spacious living /bedroom area and a great updated bathroom with walk-in shower. There was a hairdryer provided. The king bed was comfortable and the space was fairly quite. I only heard noise from upstairs once, however, the upstairs unit and this apartment appeared to share a common entrance. This was not a problem but I did occasionally hear entrance and exit sounds at the top of the stairs. This, however, was not a problem for me. The unit had a great washer and dryer combination with detergent provided. There was also a portable ironing board and an iron which was kept in the bathroom sink cabinet. The only thing I missed was a luggage rack to open a suitcase on. Overall, a place I hope to visit again and again in the near future. Communication with the staff was exceptional!
