This is the perfect location to explore all that San Diego has to offer.
We offer elite comfort for up to 4 guests with A/C and heating, exceptionally comfortable beds, quality linens, plenty of sheets and towels, Smart TV; FREE laundry, FREE coffee, FREE bottled waters, and snacks upon arrival. Guest toiletries, hair dryer, Makeup mirror and spa robes also provided. This beautiful rental has everything you need for a memorable stay in San Diego !

The Space:
This 1 bedroom apartment is quite large, boasting 1000 square feet of living space. The upscale, 1/4 acre gated property has extensive landscaping with many retreat spaces to drink your coffee, take in the views and enjoy spectacular sunsets. Guest have access to the private, stainless steel hot tub spa that is located on the upper patio; with amazing views of the San Diego Harbor. Guests also enjoy the gas firepit area located on the lower level of the property; just steps from the apartment entrance. A Viking gas grill is available for grilling should guests wish to barbeque during their stay.

The living room / bedroom space has a queen size bed and an additional daybed that can be used as two twin beds or made into a king bed. Plenty of high quality pillows and linens are provided for your stay. The kitchen has all baking and cooking essentials; a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, traditional drip coffee maker, full size refrigerator / freezer, blender, kitchen aid mixer and all the essential kitchenware you could need: plates, bowls, glassware, utensils and so much more. FREE coffee and tea, bottled water, creamer, and snacks are provided as well.

Exercise equipment, ping pong table, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrellas, all provided for your stay.

Parking:
We offer FREE parking right next to your entrance and there is FREE additional street parking in our neighborhood as well. A remote control to access the gated driveway is provided for use during your stay.

Beautiful picturesque back yard with lots of comfy seating! Great location that is close to so many things to do! Fabulous Little Italy restaurants were a walkable distance away. The rental had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and luxury linens. High end gas range made cooking breakfast a breeze. While there is a panoramic view of the airport, air traffic ceases overnight. We would stay here again! The hosts were great!

The Best

We stayed four nights in February and found it tough to leave this comfortable, cozy apartment on the lower level of an historic manse. The owners' thoughtful touches are everywhere from a bowl of yummy snacks to beach towels and a big laundry hamper for the washer and dryer in the unit.The location is ideal to visit the best of sunny San Diego including the world famous Zoo and La Jolla to see the seals and art galleries. And it's just about half a mile from the airport car rental center. Great restaurants nearby for Italian, Mexican and seafood. Book your stay today!

Great neighborhood. Beautiful grounds.

My adult daughter and I visited San Diego to scout apartments for her. This location was ideal. While we rented a car, we hardly used it and walked almost everywhere. The house was spotless and beautifully decorated. Neighborhood is quiet. The gardens are gorgeous. And even though the airport was right there, the planes were actually cool to watch and it was quiet at night. Bill and Tiffany were super nice and very responsive. I highly recommend if you are looking for someplace close to the city but in a quieter neighborhood.

Finish of tour across US

Always wanted to see San Diego and this apartment made it a great experience. It is a steady 20 min walk into little Italy where there are great restaurants. USS midway and the zoo plus Balboa park are great places to visit. Tiffany and Bill are fantastic hosts and the apartment is perfect as a home from home . View of the airport is really interesting and not at all an eyesore to the view in our opinion. Great visit!!!!!

Bucket list trip to San Diego

We were very impressed with the overall condition of the unit and property. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. It was such a blessing to utilize the back patio and porch area to enjoy our morning cup of coffee or watch the sunset. We stayed 5 nights and enjoyed the convenience of having our own apartment with plenty of space to roam. Thank you for helping make our dream trip to San Diego a very memorable experience.

Inviting, cozy, well appointed

This VRBO is ideal for anyone seeking comfort and quiet with dining and entertainment nearby. Everything we needed… from groceries to the pharmacy to retail shopping to great restaurants to Pechanga arena, plus the airport… was approximately a 10-15 minute drive. A previous reviewer noted noise from the nearby San Diego airport, but it really wasn’t an issue. Worst case, you’d hear what sounded like a rush of wind… not too unlike the calming sound of an ocean tide. Our stay was completely relaxing and pleasant. Access and amenities were ideal. Restaurant recommendations were spot on, too. Our drive to Disneyland was pleasant and quicker than we thought — 90 minutes. Highly recommend this rental! Would love to return.

Exceeded expectations

Excellent stay at an amazing property. This property was very clean and very welcoming. It is much larger than it appears in the photos and is beautifully decorated making you feel at home. They have coffee and some waters to welcome you! The ability to park off the street was a great bonus. The views are amazing and the property was located perfectly for our stay. So many great places to eat locally and the property owners were awesome with recommendations that did not disappoint! Yes there is airport noise but honestly it is very minimal (did not impact our sleep at all) and they have a small fan available that helps. The property owners are extremely responsive and helpful! I look forward to staying here again in the future as we will be visiting San Diego frequently! I highly recommend this property. Thank you William and Tiffany for an amazing stay!

Lovely getaway !!

Everything about the stay was perfect !!! The directions led us right to the home, we were greeted with snacks and drinks which were well appreciated after a long flight ! The home is beautifully decorated with wonderful linens. We didn't use the kitchen, but it was well stocked with everything we might have needed. The unit was exceptionally clean and well cared for. Many high end touches. The shower was perfect! The property is delightful, and we enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the planes coming and going. Yes, it was a little loud outside when planes took off, but inside it wasn't that noticeable, and quieted down later at night. We always sleep with a fan, so didn't notice any noise. The hosts were welcoming and very responsive to any questions or requests. They even brought us freshly made pumpkin bread one morning as we were leaving ! The location is convenient to downtown San Diego and the attractions. Parking on site was a great convenience, and we were given a remote to access the gate. We hope to return for a more relaxed stay!! Thanks so much for sharing your home with us !!!

Lovely clean one bed accommodation, ample cookware. The owners live in the property the rental part is underneath the stairs and the length of the house. Ideal for the airport, can see the planes from the garden. Trains rather noisy as they are obliged to hoot when passing the crossing. Hot tub has to be booked a day in advance and is on the upper patio. Good for a short stay.

Exceptional amenities

We loved our stay here! Hosts are very responsive and accommodating. The house rules are clearly written out and they offer a wealth of amenities. They have a BBQ, fire pits, hot tub, garage gym, beach equipment, and a fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. View of the airport was nice to watch the planes land and take off. City noise was not noticeable from the bedroom! Would love to stay again.

Beyond expectations!

I want to say hands down this was the best rental Ive ever stayed in. 10 in my opinion! The home was beautiful, the grounds were breathtaking. The apartment just felt like home. Bill and Tiffany were there anytime we had a question or needed help figuring out the fire pit. Anytime I go to San Diego, I’ll be checking the availability here first! Excellent property and great hosts

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this location and would absolutely stay again next time we make our way to San Diego. We loved the view from the back porch and the hosts were very helpful setting up the fire pits and chairs for us. They were always quick to reply whenever we had any questions and genuinely seemed to want to make sure we had a good time. I don't use VRBO too often so I was a little nervous using someone else's house but they made me feel at ease and it really added to the enjoyment of the stay.

Lovely Property Centrally Located

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. Parking was easy and everything we wanted to do was close by. The bed was cozy and the apartment was well appointed. This house is close to the airport which made it extremely convenient, although you will hear the planes flying in and out.
