The Space:
This 1 bedroom apartment is quite large, boasting 1000 square feet of living space. The upscale, 1/4 acre gated property has extensive landscaping with many retreat spaces to drink your coffee, take in the views and enjoy spectacular sunsets. Guest have access to the private, stainless steel hot tub spa that is located on the upper patio; with amazing views of the San Diego Harbor. Guests also enjoy the gas firepit area located on the lower level of the property; just steps from the apartment entrance. A Viking gas grill is available for grilling should guests wish to barbeque during their stay.

The living room / bedroom space has a queen size bed and an additional daybed that can be used as two twin beds or made into a king bed. Plenty of high quality pillows and linens are provided for your stay. The kitchen has all baking and cooking essentials; a Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods, traditional drip coffee maker, full size refrigerator / freezer, blender, kitchen aid mixer and all the essential kitchenware you could need: plates, bowls, glassware, utensils and so much more. FREE coffee and tea, bottled water, creamer, and snacks are provided as well.

Exercise equipment, ping pong table, beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrellas, all provided for your stay.

Parking:
We offer FREE parking right next to your entrance and there is FREE additional street parking in our neighborhood as well. A remote control to access the gated driveway is provided for use during your stay.

Charming apartment, great hosts

This apartment is part of the home of Bill and Tiffany. They communicated clearly a few days before arrival of how to enter the apartment. It is decorated just charmingly. It is very clean and well stocked. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Anything we needed, Bill was quick to supply, such as a fan for sleeping (it's what we're used to!), an extra floor heater for an unusually cold rainy day. Tiffany made us a loaf of some kind of pumpkin bread I think it was. It was the best I've ever had!. They gave us some tips of places to visit. The location is very close to downtown and Coronado Island, as well as La Jolla beaches. We cannot say enough good things about Bill and Tiffany.!

Extreme care has been taken to maintain this historical treasure. We enjoy sharing this piece of history with guests from around the world.
