The house is wonderful. Comfortable king size bed, and all the amenities you would want. Beautiful and quiet location. Timmy is a wonderful host with his southern hospitality. He even came to our rescue, when our GPS gave us the wrong directions. This is the best vrbo rental we have been to so far.

This is a wonderful place. Nice and quiet, but close enough to everything you want to see or do. The house was immaculate, with nice bedrooms and plenty of room for everyone. The host was very responsive for check in. Plus an added bonus was the very nice and friendly donkeys and goat. Overall a great stay, would book with them again.

Wonderful little cottage! Very clean and well furnished. We visit the Gorge every year, and this was our second year staying here. Timmy is an amazing host and went above and beyond by helping me with a vehicle! JJ the donkey is super cool, and the other animals are great too! Maps do not take you to the address and service is spotty; make sure to have the written instructions from Timmy before you get there.

Tommy was extremely helpful when we got lost on our drive up. He met us and drove us up. The farm animals were super neat to visit, especially JJ the donkey. The cabin was donkey themed and it was very clean. All the utensils that were needed for our cooking of breakfast and dinner were easily accessible.

This house was great for just my husband & me. I loved the donkey decor. It was fun to visit the donkey next door. We even got a visit from a neighbor's dog. The house was very clean & comfortable. The host was very responsive & helpful. We loved the fire pit. The only downside was that it was about 30 minutes from Natural Bridge or Red River Gorge but we knew this ahead of time & were ok with it.

The home was wonderful and very comfortable! Timmy was an excellent communicator and very quick to respond. We absolutely loved our daily visits with JJ, the sweet donkey. We made sure to walk over to visit him each day and give him a treat. The donkey decor in the home was absolutely adorable. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again. Excellent property! The decor had us smiling the second we walked in. It was very clean, spacious and we felt at home. Added bonus was being greeted by the neighborhood dogs and being able to visit with JJ. We hope to plan another long weekend in the area so we can spend time on the back patio and enjoy a fire. Thank you for the hospitality Timmy!

This was such a cute & cozy house. Very clean and well maintained. We absolutely loved the property and amenities. Check in was simple, and the hosts were so hospitable and welcoming. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to RRG. Love the fact that they offer a 1 night stay, that's very hard to find.
