I am from Puerto Rico and live in Old San Juan. I spent most of my time between my house in Old San Juan and the countryside which allow me to always be in beautiful natural surroundings. I am fortunate to live in this unique place within its history, colonial architecture and best of all great community. Love to share it with you!

What makes this property unique

This house is very unique as you will be able to enjoy all the colonial architecture elements of a late 1700 hundred home built by the spaniards. High ceilings with Ausubo beams, checkered floor, open kitchen with two beautiful archways to the courtyard, interior courtyard, soles truncos, and even an underground cistern underneath the patio used to collect rain water.
