Absolutely loved this home! Elegant yet comfortable in easy walking to so much. Pool was a great respite at the end of the day and the accommodations were wonderful. We received a small welcoming gift from our host which helped set the tone for a wonderful week. Just a heads up to future renters; there are 2 bedrooms with king beds but the other 3 sleeping spots are in common areas or one of the bedrooms. This was not a problem for us but might be an issue for 3 couples +. Communication during the week was amazing, couldn’t have asked for more, thank you to our host.

About the host
Hosted by Jorge
I'm Jorge, born and raised in Puerto Rico. Recently moved back after spending 20 years in the continental US. I moved into Old San Juan, a life long dream, and have spent the last few years creating an oasis for me and my family. Such an incredible house begged to be shared, which is how I ended up listing it for short term rentals. It keeps the house in use and enjoyed by others.
Why they chose this property
Living in Old San Juan has been a goal of mine since I have memory. After living there for a few years, and seeing how much both locals and foreign tourists aim stay in the old quarters to experience the architecture and charm, it felt right to share my space. I travel often for work which made this arrangement easy to accomplish.
What makes this property unique
Two things this property have that very few do are a private parking spot and heated pool. The old city was built at a time when vehicles did not exist, so parking can be very difficult. The private spot is underground and steps from the house.
