The Space:

The living room features plush seating, a smart TV with streaming, and a queen sleeper sofa. A second living area doubles as a workspace with a desk and additional seating for remote work or reading. The galley kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, stone countertops, a full-size refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and cookware for home-cooked meals. Counter seating for four and a dining table for six give you options for every meal. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, smart TV, and direct patio access. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Two full bathrooms each include a single vanity and glass walk-in shower. The washer and dryer are in-unit. 🏊 Outside, the private inground pool is surrounded by chaise lounges, an outdoor dining table with umbrella, and a built-in firepit for evening gatherings. Pool heating is available October through May and included with your stay when requested 48 hours in advance. In summer, spend mornings by the pool and afternoons exploring nearby hiking trails. In winter, warm up by the firepit after a day at the tramway or golf courses. One pet welcome with prior approval. Driveway and street parking for 2 vehicles. WiFi throughout.

The Neighborhood:

Downtown Palm Springs is an 8-minute drive away, where you'll find vintage boutiques, interior design shops, restaurants, art galleries, and cafés along Palm Canyon Drive. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is a short drive into the mountains, taking you over Chino Canyon to Mt. San Jacinto State Park with its museum, theaters, and over 50 miles of hiking trails. Championship golf courses are scattered throughout the area, each with challenging fairways and desert landscaping. Joshua Tree National Park is within day-trip range for rock climbing and stargazing. The Coachella Valley offers hot springs, spas, and scenic trails for hiking, horseback riding, and biking.



Getting Around:

Palm Springs International Airport is a 10-minute drive. Downtown Palm Springs is 8 minutes by car. The Palm Springs Aerial Tramway station is about 15 minutes away. Joshua Tree National Park is approximately 45 minutes east via Interstate 10 and Highway 62. Coachella is about 30 minutes southeast on Highway 111.

• For stays 28 days and longer, a deposit of $1,000/month is due prior to check-in to cover utilities. Once utilities are deducted at the end of your stay, the remainder will be returned. If utilities exceed $1,000/month, guests are required to cover the difference.
