Host was very responsive and helpful! Cute and updated house with great showers! Everything we needed in the kitchen, including lots of coffee and cocoa in the coffee bar. I would highly recommend this house. We loved it.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was very spacious and comfortable. For Thanksgiving, we really appreciated having a full kitchen with full size appliances. We will definitely consider this property again.

Three of us came to town for a funeral and found this house charming indeed. The house was quiet, clean, peaceful and comfortable with a convenient location- perfect to allow us to honor and reflect on our dearly passed family member. The only thing I’d have asked for was maybe a little bit better communication from our host. I’ve stayed in dozens of vacation rentals over the years and normally we receive a concise welcome email with all the pertinent check-in/out information. Instead, I had to extract it all from the app wherein the wifi info was incorrect. This didn’t really detract from our stay as it wasn’t needed but perhaps an area to consider improving. Nonetheless, we enjoyed our stay (despite the solemn circumstances) and would absolutely stay there again if the opportunity arises. Thanks Caleb!

Very nice place, fit perfect our trip porpouse.Very clean. Enough space for 3 trucks and a trailer.What can be improved? Next door Neightborg was OK but his place was very messy... Did not affect our stay at all but it is something to bring to the attention.Recommended? Yes... but take into account the neightborg condition.

Charming well maintained property. Appreciate the amenities. Coffee, snacks, shampoo. Just small suggestions. Trash can in bathroom. And just to let you know. There were maggots and a rat in the outside trash can.

This is an awesome house with lots of charm and it is nestled in the Wine Country of Texas. It is such a wonderful getaway and trapped in small town Texas. A perfect place to relax.

What makes this property unique

This property is close to downtown and the river. Only a couple of blocks away from Schreiner University and the river walking trails. You can be anywhere fast and the creek with running water in the backyard is fun for the little ones to explore.
