We Are...Really Close To Everything In State College!

Our home is located in a quiet family friendly neighborhood conveniently located to a shopping center, mall, movie theater, restaurants, and the Penn State campus.

We welcome children, however, our home is no longer "child proof." There is a small children's park across the street from our home. There is ample parking on the side of our yard as we live at the end of the street.

We have 4 bedrooms total: 1 has a queen size bed. Another bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin, 1 bedroom has a king size bed, and the master bedroom has a king size bed and its own private full bathroom. In addition, we have a twin aero-bed which can also be used in one of the rooms.

Although our living room couch is not a sleeper sofa, it can easily sleep 3. We have a 65" and 85" large screen TV in our downstairs living rooms.

Our kitchen area is spacious with a double oven, stove top, microwave and refrigerator. We have a dining space that can easily handle 12-15 at the kitchen table, and there is an additional folding table that could seat 8 more, plus our kitchen bar seats 4.
