Relax and unwind in this beautifully remodeled, professionally decorated 4 bed 3 bath home. The home features beautiful vaulted main level ceilings with bay windows, a full kitchen, kitchen bar including wine cooler, den with gas fireplace, oversized masters, media/theater room, arcade & games, kids playroom and amenities, WIFI, exercise equipment, and more! Out the backdoor you'll find a quite/fun patio with a gas grill, fire pit seating, area for dining and separate balcony off the master bedroom. There are outdoor games such as corn hole and access to the cul de sac with a walkway to a large park with a walking path, playground and soccer fields.

This home was designed for a sizeable group or family to feel at home! Just a short 5 minute walk through Madema Park behind the home to the original Tony’s Meats, Market & Liquor Store for the finest foods/deli in the area. A 10 minute drive to Fiddler’s Green Amphitheater or 20 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheater! Need a lift? Uber and Lyft work great in this area. If you're heading downtown or to DTC during busy times, rideshare is a great option as is the RTD lite rail which is less than 10 minutes away.

Wonderful place to stay with a larger group … multiple gathering spaces and 3 bathrooms. The hosts have made the house very welcoming by providing items such as coffee, laundry detergent, shampoo, lotion, etc. The house is also very clean!

Family wedding/vacation

The hosts were very responsive and let us know they were available if we needed anything. The home is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay! This is the perfect home away from home. My family of 7 adults and 6 month old grandbaby came in town for a wedding and Joel and Brittany made our stay incredible. We didn't have to travel with a pack and play or seat, stroller etc. They had it all!! On top of that the house is stocked with everything you could need while you are there. All the little touches make such a difference. Thank you so much! We had such a great time sitting by the fire pit, grilling and hanging out, watching movies, playing golden tee! It was a great week!

Perfection from top to bottom! This beautifully decorated home doesn’t just look amazing — it’s packed with thoughtful touches that make it a true home away from home. From the baby monitor, step stool, and cozy playroom to the game room and fully equipped kitchen (yes, coffee included!), every detail is designed for comfort and ease. The fresh, cozy bedding made for perfect sleep, and mornings on the patio with the tabletop fire pit were pure magic. Wonderful property and great hosts

Our stay was perfect. We were welcomed with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine and the hosts had excellent communication. This property was in a wonderful neighborhood with a park right out the back door with walking trails. Safety was not a concern in this neighborhood. The house was very clean and well stocked with several kitchen, laundry and bathroom amenities. Everything was labeled and easy to access. We really enjoyed the covered back patio and the gas firepit. And the outdoor patio games were a hit with entertaining our family. All the little extras that the hosts made available to us during our stay made the perfect home away from home. I would highly recommend this house and would stay here again.
