Stunning Mid-Century Alexander home located in central Palm Springs. Only 1 mile to casino, downtown area, restaurants, shopping, spa, golf courses and more!
I need to point out that this is a house for grown ups. If you're looking for a house to party in, this is not the right rental for you. I take great care of my home and expect that my guests do likewise. The City of Palm Springs has very strict rules on vacation rental properties and we abide by all of them.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.
3 night minimum for all holiday weekends. 4 night minimum for Coachella. (Standard weekly rental rate does not apply during Thanksgiving, Christmas or Coachella).
My home has been completely renovated top to bottom with all new appliances and is meticulously clean. Eames, Saarinen, Knoll and Bertoia mid-century furniture throughout. All windows are dual-pane low-e glass to ensure for a more comfortable climate experience.
3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) - master bedroom features ensuite bathroom.
- Pack 'n Play crib available for babies
- Clock + USB chargers in all bedrooms
- Desks + desk chairs (in king and one of the queens)
2 bathrooms (both with walk-in showers)
Central AC & heat.
50" Sony LED 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with YouTube TV (includes all network and basic cable stations), Netflix, Hulu + Sony PS3 Blu-ray/DVD player.
Super fast high speed Wi-Fi throughout property. (Down: 400 Mbps Up: 20 Mbps)
Kitchen is fully loaded including: drip coffee maker, Bodum French Press, Chemex 6 cup Classic, Bialetti Stovetop Percolater, Bodum coffee grinder, microwave oven, 4 slice toaster, Cuisinart ice cream maker, KitchenAid blender, non-stick cookware, cookie sheets, muffin & bread pans, pie dish etc. Filtered water & filtered ice maker. Kitchen is also stocked with all your basic needs including olive oil, balsamic vinegar, coffee filters, sugar plus a full range of herbs and spices!

Large, private, fully enclosed backyard with 34' x 15' saline pool, 6 chaise lounges, 2 large umbrellas, outdoor dining table and chairs plus mountain views!

All towels, bed linens and bathroom amenities are provided. Washer & dryer (full size).

PLEASE NOTE:
• This is not a party house; Palm Springs noise ordinance is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
• Music cannot be played outside in vacation rental properties at any time. (This includes playing music inside the house that can be heard outside.) The first infringement is a $500 fine and will result in immediate eviction with no refunds.
• No rentals to anyone under 25 years of age. Mandated by the City of Palm Springs.
• No more than 3 vehicles can be parked at the house at any time. Mandated by the City of Palm Springs. The first infringement is a $500 fine.
• Maximum overnight guests: 6. Maximum daytime guests: 10. Mandated by the City of Palm Springs and strictly enforced.
• Overnight occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified on the rental agreement.
• If guests receive a citation for breaking any of the City of Palm Springs rules listed above, they will be immediately evicted with no refunds.
• Vacation Property Rental Agreement must be completed and signed and government issued ID provided prior to occupancy. Mandated by the City of Palm Springs.
• Within 24 hours of arrival, all guests must sign acknowledgement of the Palm Springs Good Neighbor brochure. Mandated by the City of Palm Springs.
• This is a non-smoking rental.
• There is no child safety fence around the pool but per California law, all doors leading to the backyard include a safety chime.
• For your safety and security, the house perimeter is monitored by CCTV. We respect your privacy and DO NOT have any cameras inside the house or in the backyard.
RATES:
• All stays under 29 days are subject to City of Palm Springs Occupancy Tax of 11.5% and 1% TBID assessment (on rental and cleaning fees)
• Rates are higher for holidays & special events. Please inquire before booking.
• Weekly rates do not apply during special events/holidays e.g. Coachella, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year.
• Holiday weekends: 3 night minimum.
• Coachella: 4 night minimum.
• Optional pool heating available at $60 per day (2 night minimum).
• Dog fee: $75 per dog (plus taxes). Please write to me first telling me about your dog.
• Security deposit of $500 or property damage protection required.
• Stays of 28 nights or more pay actual utility charges (gas & electricity).

• This property is cleaned in accordance with the guidelines published by the Vacation Rental Housekeeping Professionals (VRHP) for safely disinfecting a short-term rental property.

Please lower the roller blind in the living room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
