Stunning Mid-Century Alexander home located in central Palm Springs. Only 1 mile to casino, downtown area, restaurants, shopping, spa, golf courses and more!

I need to point out that this is a house for grown ups. If you're looking for a house to party in, this is not the right rental for you. I take great care of my home and expect that my guests do likewise. The City of Palm Springs has very strict rules on vacation rental properties and we abide by all of them.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

3 night minimum for all holiday weekends. 4 night minimum for Coachella. (Standard weekly rental rate does not apply during Thanksgiving, Christmas or Coachella).

My home has been completely renovated top to bottom with all new appliances and is meticulously clean. Eames, Saarinen, Knoll and Bertoia mid-century furniture throughout. All windows are dual-pane low-e glass to ensure for a more comfortable climate experience.

3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) - master bedroom features ensuite bathroom.
- Pack 'n Play crib available for babies
- Clock + USB chargers in all bedrooms
- Desks + desk chairs (in king and one of the queens)

50" Sony LED 4K Ultra HD Smart TV with YouTube TV (includes all network and basic cable stations), Netflix, Hulu + Sony PS3 Blu-ray/DVD player.

Kitchen is fully loaded including: drip coffee maker, Bodum French Press, Chemex 6 cup Classic, Bialetti Stovetop Percolater, Bodum coffee grinder, microwave oven, 4 slice toaster, Cuisinart ice cream maker, KitchenAid blender, non-stick cookware, cookie sheets, muffin & bread pans, pie dish etc. Filtered water & filtered ice maker. Kitchen is also stocked with all your basic needs including olive oil, balsamic vinegar, coffee filters, sugar plus a full range of herbs and spices!

PLEASE NOTE:
• This is not a party house; Palm Springs noise ordinance is STRICTLY ENFORCED.
• Music cannot be played outside in vacation rental properties at any time. (This includes playing music inside the house that can be heard outside.) The first infringement is a $500 fine and will result in immediate eviction with no refunds.
• No rentals to anyone under 25 years of age. Mandated by the City of Palm Springs.
• No more than 3 vehicles can be parked at the house at any time. Mandated by the City of Palm Springs. The first infringement is a $500 fine.
• Maximum overnight guests: 6. Maximum daytime guests: 10. Mandated by the City of Palm Springs and strictly enforced.
• Overnight occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified on the rental agreement.
• If guests receive a citation for breaking any of the City of Palm Springs rules listed above, they will be immediately evicted with no refunds.
• Vacation Property Rental Agreement must be completed and signed and government issued ID provided prior to occupancy. Mandated by the City of Palm Springs.
• Within 24 hours of arrival, all guests must sign acknowledgement of the Palm Springs Good Neighbor brochure. Mandated by the City of Palm Springs.
• This is a non-smoking rental.
• There is no child safety fence around the pool but per California law, all doors leading to the backyard include a safety chime.
• For your safety and security, the house perimeter is monitored by CCTV. We respect your privacy and DO NOT have any cameras inside the house or in the backyard.

RATES:
• All stays under 29 days are subject to City of Palm Springs Occupancy Tax of 11.5% and 1% TBID assessment (on rental and cleaning fees)
• Rates are higher for holidays & special events. Please inquire before booking.
• Weekly rates do not apply during special events/holidays e.g. Coachella, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year.
• Holiday weekends: 3 night minimum.
• Coachella: 4 night minimum.
• Optional pool heating available at $100 per day (2 night minimum).
• Dog fee: $75 per dog (plus taxes). Please write to me first telling me about your dog.
• Security deposit of $500 or property damage protection required.
• Stays of 28 nights or more pay actual utility charges (gas & electricity).

Beautiful MCM property

If you are in to Mid Century Modern this is a great place to stay. We were a bit concern with it being so close to the airport and a busy street, but neither presented any noise issue. The house is fully appointed and very clean. Highly recommended.

Heaven in Palm Springs

This home is beautifully presented and in an ideal position to enjoy the best Palm Springs has to offer. It provides every convenience for a hassle free vacation and I particularly appreciated the brand new appliances and incredible facilities such as pool, ample bedrooms, new bathrooms and the space and tranquility of the entire property.The home is decorated in mid-century modern style, in line with the Alexander-architecture design and looked like it had just been finished for my stay as everything was brand new and sparkling. I really cant fault this property for a heavenly vacation! Loved it!

Hospitality, House-pitality galore!

Work hard, play hard was our motto for the weekend, which we snazzed up to be "Kill It and Chill It!" We are 2 friends from graduate school and current colleagues who came out to Palm Springs to work on entrepreneurial writing and other creative projects. This lovely, stylish, clean and comfortable home allowed us to spread out for work as well as come together for play, like a beautiful accordion. The hostess/owner was incredibly prompt with responses; the entry and exit were easy and directions were clear. Definitely a winning rental!

Stylish Serenity

This is a truly fantastic property and we loved our visit. We drove up to an inviting, beautifully-landscaped desert residence (complete with original Fleur de lys wall design) and walked into a thoughtfully-designed home filled with pleasing artwork, comfy, stylish bedrooms & a sparkling kitchen.(Food menus, maps, coffee and labelled drawers!) We were immediately drawn through sliding glass doors to a lovely pool area that's an oasis for flowers, butterflies, hummingbirds & lounging. There's tv of course, but also a fireplace and a charming fire pit beyond another set of glass doors. (The house is filled with light). The location was close to the heart of Palm Springs and an easy hop to fun shops and the hotel where we attended a wedding. The host was so knowledgeable and thorough that the booking process and check in went very smoothly. We loved everything about our stay. It was the serene, private retreat we had hoped for. We really enjoyed the Mid-Century home and its amenities. The house was immaculate, was well stocked and the pool was great. Francine was responsive to all questions and easy to work with. There was some noise generated by the house fronting on a 4-lane street, but nothing overwhelming. Well worth the stay.

Wonderful vacation stay!

We stayed for four days over our daughter's spring break. The house was beautifully decorated and wonderfully appointed. The kitchen had everything we needed. Fabulous vacation home!

Our family including our 8-month grandson had a wonderful 2 week vacation. The house was very clean and well stocked down to the spices. Location was convenient to downtown Palm Springs and airport 5 minutes away although never disturbing to our enjoyment of the swimming pool. Everything we needed to enhance our stay was there and any questions were quickly answered by Francine.

Fun for Everyone! Adults, Toddler, and a Dog all Loved It!

Our family stayed here over Mother's Day weekend and had an amazing time! My parents who are about ready to retire, along with my 20 something brother, my 30 something husband and myself all agreed that this was a place that we would definitely return to. You could spend an entire weekend here and never leave. We only went out to dinner one night and the rest of our meals we cooked--although you could easily head out for every meal as it as very close to everything including the main strip. The kitchen is well equipped with all the little things you would need and some of the extras as well. Highlights of our trip were: making smores using the outdoor fire pit at night, lounging around and in the pool, barbecuing, playing croquet, and winding down on the couch with some Netflix at night. The house has clean modern decor and lots of beautiful giant windows for enjoying natural light. It's a lovely property and the pictures honestly do not do it justice. Additionally, it was clean and we were very comfortable in all areas of the home. The owner was very accommodating to our needs and readily available to answer all our questions and requests before our stay. Next time we head over to Palm Springs this is where we are staying.

The Best Vacation Ever

The minute we walked into this house we knew it was great. The owner took the best care of every thing, inside and out. The backyard and pool area where to die for. The house was clean, modern but with a little flare of the past.All the appliances where top notch. The beds very comfy. It had a real homey feeling. Walk to down town was 35 minutes, airport 2 minutes away, grocery store 2 minutes away. Just about everything we needed was close at hand. We did not have to worry about anything the owner made sure everything was taken care of. This house or home is truly a diamond. Not to stay would be wrong. If I could we would give it 10 out of 5 stars, 5 is just not enough. Thank you for making our vacation a dream come true.

Fabulous Ladies' Weekend

We were a group of two 40-something friends and our mothers (we've known each other for almost 40 years) and it was our 8th annual mother-daughter weekend. This home was absolutely wonderful from the moment we opened the front gate and could see through the lovely home to the large sparkling pool. The location is convenient -- straight east of the heart of downtown. The home is decorated very stylishly (lots of fun, quirky artwork and cool furniture), is exceptionally clean, and is stocked with pretty much everything a group could possibly need (well, obviously you'll need to bring your own groceries but the kitchen actually had spices, oil and some of those basics!). We had every appliance and dish we could ask for in the kitchen (except a cocktail shaker, which is no big deal) and the bathrooms had plenty of towels and even little extras like cotton swabs. Francine is very friendly and was quick to answer any question and address any problem (only one minor problem that we brought up and she had someone on it super fast!) We loved walking and running around the nearby neighborhoods, hanging by the pool, sitting by the fire pit on a chilly evening, renting bikes downtown and cruising around the city, and sleeping in the comfy beds. I would recommend this house to a friend or relative... but only a good one because I want it cared for like it deserves and I want to be able to rent it when I want. ;)

Great Location

Very clean, centrally located house that was very easy to navigate to/from for a new visitor to Palm Springs. Francine has the house well stocked with all the items you would need for cooking and even some bath items if you forget something. While the house is on a fairly busy street it is not intrusive and does make getting around town a snap. We especially enjoyed the very large, (like 8'-0") sliding glass doors that really allow you to open up the house to the pool area. Very enjoyable for a Washingtonian to open those up at 8:30AM with comfortable outside tempertures in February! Would 100% recomend to a friend!

Perfect Thanksgiving!

I stayed at Francine's house with my husband, my in-laws, and our 2 young kids (3.5 and 4 months) for thanksgiving. We had the best time! We loved everything about the house - the gorgeous pool and backyard area, the very well-equipped kitchen (cooking thanksgiving dinner was no problem), the beautiful mid-century decor, the large flat screen tv and the comfortable beds! We spent our days walking/running around the nearby nice neighborhoods (and town was only 1.5 miles away) and most of the day was spent in the pool. Francine was very easy to work with and super responsive. Hopefully, we will be back soon!

Perfect Getaway!

I will most definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives or to anyone looking for a place to stay in Palm Springs. Not only is it fully stocked and super clean, it has a very fun decor and it has the perfect amount of space for everyone to be comfortable. I can't thank Francine enough for her help, her quick responses, and for making the rental process as easy as can be. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised when first entering the property and couldn't help the huge smile on my face as I made my way around the house. I was even happier when my sister gave me a huge hug and thanked me for finding the "perfect" place. The pictures of the property are nice, but they don't do it justice, it is soo much better in person. I loved everything about this place, from the quirky artwork on the walls to the bathroom towels to the lovely pool in the backyard, it really did make for an amazing getaway. Thank you Francine!

Dream Vacation.

I had the perfect vacation in this house. From the moment I entered the beautifully laid out lounge area I could see the sparkling, enormous swimming pool. The house is so tastefully furnished, and the beds sooo comfy, (I swapped around and tried them all), with every amenity I could possibly need. The house is immaculate and spacious and comfortable and the atmosphere in the place is soo calm, clean and relaxing. Was extra good for entertaining and I spent hours each day in the swimming pool from where I was still able to carry on conversations with people in the house. Lots of pool toys too. Cant wait to go there again. Best holiday ever.
