Why they chose this property
Ridgepoint is unique among Deer Valley neighborhoods, in that it offers not only the ability to ski out directly onto Deer Valley slopes, but also covered parking, and a community hot tub. In the summer, the community tennis court is open, and the ski access becomes mountain biking access, directly on to Deer Valley's "Tour de Homes" trail.
What makes this property unique
Our end unit enjoys abundant natural light and great views from the many windows on three sides. It is also located at the top of the ski access trail making it easy to step out the front door and into your skis just steps from the front porch. The property feels brand new with the new hard surface flooring, fresh interior and exterior paint, new refrigerator and sofas with built in recliners, and our incredibly well-stocked kitchen and coffee bar. Pamper yourself at the end of a long day on the slopes with a soothing soak in our private hot tub, and enjoy a glass of wine from our honor bar collection of fine wines. Relax in our cozy reading nook/den while the kids play foosball in the loft, or gather around the wood-burning fireplace and large high-definition television in the spacious living room for family movie night.
