The house features two tranquil bedrooms, each designed for ultimate relaxation.

• Master Bedroom: This retreat boasts a king-size bed, a private en-suite bathroom with hand-painted his and her sinks, and a large walk-in shower. Enjoy ample closet space and personal safes for your valuables. Step out directly to the beach level from this tranquil room.

• Guest Bedroom: This room, which also features a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, is equally serene. It has his-and-her sinks and a walk-in shower. Like the master bedroom, it offers private beach access.

• Great Living Room: The upstairs main living area also has a pull-out couch to accommodate 2 more guests.

• Proximity to Essentials: Located just behind the villa, The Winey Gringa is more upscale. Tienda Escondido, more local, is just down the street. There are larger stores in town, as well. Load up with staples and cold Belikin Beers!

• Activities and Excursions: Clinton with Ali Mermaid Adventures, will pick you up at the South dock for the excursion of your choice. Enjoy snorkeling, swimming with sharks, fishing or cave tubing! You can’t go wrong. He will even cook up your fresh catch and it is delish. Explore vibrant coral reefs and encounter friendly marine life, including loggerhead turtles and stingrays. Ambergris Caye is the home of famed dive sites, including Hol Chan Marine Reserve and the 124m deep Great Blue Hole.

Janice from Reef Management, our trusted management company, will handle all the logistics once you arrive. We provide one complimentary roundtrip transfer from the San Pedro airport or ferry station. They are also available to assist with booking additional tours and excursions, ensuring you make the most of your stay. Looking to accommodate more guests? Our family owns the villa next door and we can sleep 14 guests between both villas.
