Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom house in Hiawassee. With 2 king beds and 1 twin bed, this brilliant property offers a cozy living room with an additional sofa foldout queen bed. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, heating, AC, and WiFi during your stay. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, guests will have all the comforts of home. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. The home has a 2-car garage for guest use and is located within walking distance of Lake Chatuge. The Georgia State Fair Grounds allows for boat launching and has great events year-round. Some of the best motorcycle riding is centered around the home. Keep the bikes in the garage once unloaded. Many good restaurants, boat rentals, and hiking are all close by. Or just sit on the front porch and watch the wildlife. Very easy flat paved access to the home in a nice safe area. The home has been recently remodeled with all new appliances updated kitchen, new flooring, new toilets, all new furniture, and very comfortable brand new beds.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was so much more than described. Mark was very courteous and we didn't have any issues. The 7 weeks went by too fast. The area was beautiful and the temperatures (we are from Florida) were beyond pleasant. We highly recommend this house .
