Get ready to relax in this 2-bedroom house in Hiawassee. With 2 king beds and 1 twin bed, this brilliant property offers a cozy living room with an additional sofa foldout queen bed. Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dryer, heating, AC, and WiFi during your stay. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, guests have all the comforts of home. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. The home has a 2-car garage for guest use and is located within walking distance of Lake Chatuge. The Georgia State Fair Grounds allows for boat launching and has great events year-round. Some of the best motorcycle riding is centered around the home. Keep the bikes in the garage once unloaded. Many good restaurants, boat rentals, and hiking are all close by. Or just sit on the front porch and watch the wildlife. Very easy flat paved access to the home in a nice safe area. The home has been recently remodeled with all new appliances updated kitchen, new flooring, new toilets, all new furniture, and very comfortable brand new beds.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Remove all trash from the property inside and out. Run dishwasher and make sure cycle has completed.
Turn off ice maker, dump ice in sink and leave ice maker bin in sink. Turn off water heaters. Set AC to 78
Put garage door opener back on key holder and lock all doors. Exit through front door and push "lock" cymbal on key pad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was so much more than described. Mark was very courteous and we didn't have any issues. The 7 weeks went by too fast. The area was beautiful and the temperatures (we are from Florida) were beyond pleasant. We highly recommend this house .

I would recommend this rental over and over again! We absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect—spacious, beautifully decorated, and incredibly cozy. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens and towels were clean and in excellent condition. In fact, the pillows and sheets were so comfortable that I’m pretty sure I’ll be trying to find the exact same ones for my own home! The house was stocked with everything we needed, and every detail was thoughtfully put together. It truly felt like a home away from home, and it was clear the owners take great pride in making their guests feel welcome.We made so many wonderful memories here and were genuinely sad to leave. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and will absolutely recommend this home to family and friends. Thank you for sharing such a beautiful place with us!
