Hi, Mandy. Thanks for your review. As you know, prior to and upon your arrival, we advised that the washer was scheduled to be serviced. You agreed to the date and time for it to be done. As you well know when the technician arrived at the agreed time, we were shocked to find a dog was left in the home unattended. The technician could not complete the service hence the unavailability of the washer. It is also to be noted that the site for my home says clearly, "Pets not allowed" Only by specific agreement is this done . You did not advise of a dog being loose in the home. Had it not been for the need to service the washer we would not have realised that a dog was allowed in the home. In fact, because of this, I incurred increased costs as I had to pay extra to have the entire home deep cleaned and had to pay for the next guest to stay at another home due to the length of time and unplanned nature of the deep cleaning being done. I responded to every communication from you and both the Propery Manager and I contacted you, at no time did you advise about not getting hot water in the master bath. After you left, based on your note, we checked three times during the day, and there was hot water in the master bath each time. Thanks for your being willing to assist with the cost we had to pay the technical for his coming and unable to work. We are always cautious to ensure our guests have a great stay.
