Located in sunny Los Cabos, Mexico at the southern tip of the Baja peninsula is our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom.

The master bedroom has a king bed. The 2nd bedroom has 1 full bed.

Settled in a secure, quiet condo complex, entering the Pedregal community. Our condo is ideal for 2-4 people, looking for sun, fun and a comfortable get away.

Our condo is located in the Pedregal zone, ocean and city view of beautiful, sunny Los Cabos.

Complete with stylish furniture, stainless appliances, granite countertops, a reverse osmosis water filtration system at the kitchen sink area, portable washer dryer, smart TV, satellite package, Wi Fi, Sony Bluetooth, CD player audio system for portable plug in music devices, plenty of bedding, towels, kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and kitchen accessories, everything is provided.

Our patio comes with 2 chairs and is directly off the living room. The patio is facing, overlooking the city area where you can enjoy warm afternoon sun and amazing view of the marina and ocean.

Our rooftop pool area at our complex is fabulous and less than a 1 minute walk from our front door. Plenty of comfortable loungers, tables and chairs make this area ideal for relaxing around the pool.

Parking space for a rental car is directly out our front door.

Los Cabo international airport is located a short drive north of the city. There you can easily find private shuttles, buses, car rentals and taxis to get you into town quickly.

A short distance from our complex are fabulous restaurants, shops, car rentals, pharmacy, and live music on weekends.

Beach is a short 10 minute driving distance from the condo. Once on the beach you can stroll for miles or simply hang out at the marina.

Downtown San Jose is a 20-minute drive from our condo where you will find a great selection of restaurants, bars, shops, sports bars to catch the games, live music and an art district that is a must see.

If looking for a little more nightlife and party action, Cabo San Lucas would provide a great variety of options for you and your family to enjoy a great night.

Guest Access:
You do a self check in, a few days before the arrival the check in instructions would be provide to you.

Other Things to Note:
• Fireworks, fire arms and drugs are prohibited by Mexican Law and the violators can be arrested by proper authorities.
• No music or Tv loud noise after 9:00 PM that might disturb owners and renters is allowed in order to preserve tranquility.
• The HOA maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy on threatening or abusive behavior. Harassment or physical abuse of any person by
another is prohibited. Violators of this and or the rules below are subject to immediate removal from the property.
• NO offensive, intimidating, threatening behavior will be tolerated. Violators are subject to immediate removal from the Resort.
• Camping on the grounds of the condos or congregating in the parking lot is not allowed, It is prohibited to have tents, chairs, towels or
to organize games in the green areas (grass).
• Sleeping inside the vehicles is not allowed.
