Liked the look and the layout. Halloween party into the early morning behind the property. Don’t go near a holiday like Halloween. Paid parking is inconvenient and not monitored. Car beside ours was broken into overnight. At least one king sized bed would be great and a non-fabrics couch as well would be good for cleanliness purposes. My wife would have appreciated blackout curtains. Very nice place overall and would recommend it.

Good enough

The apartment was beautiful but there were a few issues I didn’t love about it and feel that should have been disclosed in the listing. First, all the parking in the area is pay to park. There is no free available parking within walking distance. There is a nearby lot and two blocks over is a staffed garage but I would have like to know that before I contacted the host about checkin. Second, the 2nd bedroom overlooks a very busy bar courtyard. I didn’t notice this when I looked on maps but it did make going to bed before 2am a little hard. Third, for the price I expected a certain amount of cleanliness. The towels were older, there was only one clean washcloth I found in the dryer, and the floors could use a good wet swiffer. Overall we had a good enough stay.
