A very neat/clean space! Has everything you need for a short stay or longer. Tv, appliances, etc.. Good location to stay if checking out a ball game as I was or going out for the night life in the area!

Our host Chris was excellent with his communication before and after booking, answering any questions I had. He also sent very detailed directions and instructions along with a long list of favorite places to eat in Cincinnati and Mount Adams. We enjoyed the deck and warm blankets in the evening. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had dishes, pots and pans and nice appliances.

Great location, wonderful lil place!

We were in town for a Reds game but wanted to stay in the Mt Adams neighborhood and this spot was PERFECT! Easy walk to/from (up hill, but not far) the game, easy walk to all of the Mt. Adams bars, restaurants and cafes. The fact it neighbors Eden Park is an even bigger plus! Inside the unit was super comfortable, quiet and very clean. We will definitely return the next time we're in Cincinnati!

Great stay

Nice place with easy acces to the city. Parking is available, but it is street parking. We did have an available spot right in front, but from the listing it wasnt clear that it was street parking.Other than that host was very communicative. Overall was a good place to stay!

A little bit of misty smell when I got there. Maybe a plug in air freshener?. Got used to it. Had a great time.

Quick weekend trip

The property is in an old home basement type area with a very narrow staircase going down to it. Picked for the river views but couldn’t see the river from porch due to the trees. Otherwise, it was just as described and all we needed for the two of us. The parking is right on a busy street too.

Property management allowed us to check in an hour early, which was appreciated. The location is great for getting around the Downtown and Mt. Adams/Eden Park areas. The staircase leading to the unit is narrow, steep and irregular. It could be challenging for older guests to enter or leave. The condition of the property and cleanliness were a little lacking. There was visible dirt and hair on the kitchen floor. A stained towel was folded and hanging in the bathroom. The chair cushions on the balcony were covered in dirt and dust. The structure of the balcony is quite old and likely needs some updating to remain safe for use. This rental is all about location. If you are looking for a nice, well-maintained unit, keep looking. We will not be returning to this VRBO location.
