This property is located in a perfect spot just 5 minutes walking to the beach , the funk zone and plenty of restaurants and shopping. Also right near the Amtrak station you can walk from the train to the house. We literally arrived, parked our car and didn’t have to drive anywhere. The home was well appointed with anything you could ask for. Very nice linens on the beds and fluffy, soft bath towels. It happened to be a really hot weekend in Santa Barbara so the only drawback was the house was pretty hot. There were plenty of fans and a portable AC unit but it didn’t cool off much at night. However after sharing my feedback with the host, she informed me that she has ordered 3 more portable AC units. The host was very nice and communicative. Would highly recommend this jewel of a property.

A great house located in a walkable location in SB. Our group loved the hot tub and bikes provided to get around the city. Once we parked our car on arrival, we didn’t need to get back into it until check out! The house was comfortable for our group of 6. The shared space was spacious and it was a plus that each room had a bathroom. We would definitely stay here again!

The house was super comfortable and very well-located within Santa Barbara (we walked everywhere!). We enjoyed staying here over the holidays and would also recommend Zoo Lights at the Santa Barbara Zoo if it’s happening during your visit.

Great location; walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, breweries, wine tasting, kids museum, Stearns Wharf, bike path, etc. Well appointed house with nice outdoor space. Especially appreciated the beach gear and bikes made available. We would definitely come back!

This was the BEST stay ever! Location is perfect we walked everywhere. House has everything you could possibly need and super cozy and clean. I really appreciated the bathrobes and extra hooks to hold towels on, as well as all the charging stations for our phones and watches. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10!!

We had a great stay. The house is in an amazing location! We loved that we were able to walk everywhere, and appreciated the beach amenities and bikes. The house is well maintained and Leann was extremely responsive and communicative.

We had a terrific time in Santa Barbara for our son’s wedding. This house is super close to the many venues in the Funk Zone, the beach and the train station stop which is perfect if you do not want to have a vehicle.

Great stop on the coast

The home owners could not have been nicer and the house and area was well appointed for a relaxing stay. This is a wonderful spot to stop on the coast and I would highly recommend.
