Surrounded by nature you will be able to relax and unwind in our cabin on the waters edge of your own private lake. Bring your fishing gear to go fishing, or enjoy sipping your morning coffee on the cozy porch. Less than an hour to Nashville, 10 minutes to downtown Dickson & minutes from Charlotte. If you are traveling with a larger group, ask about our "Lakeside Cottage in the Woods" (which sleeps 6) and our "Cottage on the Lake" (which sleeps 4) . All are on a 25 acre piece of land.
This cottage is newly renovated - be the first to enjoy this brand new space! All three bedrooms are furnished with queen beds. Two bedrooms and the full bath are upstairs, and the spacious third bedroom is downstairs. We love the cozy porch overlooking the lake.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities for you to make your favorite meals or enjoy that first cup of coffee in the morning.
Part of what we love about our space is that we are surround by beautiful nature. However, the downside is this means that some cell service is a little spotty, however we have great Wifi.
We value a safe, clean space, and our cabin offers guests a peaceful stay, knowing every surface has been cleaned and sanitized between every guest, every time.

Beautiful location, very peaceful. Ran into a few problems with the hot water not working. Very nice and communicative hosts.

Thank you for your kind review and patience with the heating element failing in our new water heater. As you know it was fixed that day. We hope the rest of your stay was enjoyable!
I needed to step away from my workaholic life to recharge and this was the perfect place! Very quiet and peaceful! It is also close to both Charlotte, Dickson, and Montgomery Bell State park. We enjoyed some hiking at the park, walking downtown Dickson, and exploring the area. We also enjoyed eating at The Country Market (sandwiches only with Amish-type goods), A Little Bite of Everything, The Manner (Southern buffet), Zander’s Woodfired pizza (delicious), and Condesa Tacos and Tequila. We also visited a great antique store, Yesterday’s Treasures.
I came with my siblings for my mom’s memorial. We wanted a place close to Dickson so we could spend time together. The property was just as described and the atmosphere was beautiful and tranquil. We would recommend spraying for bugs - the basement has some crawly creatures and maybe a bug zipper near the door - they congregate by the porch light then rush inside. We also wish there was recycling - might be a Tennessee thing?

Yes unfortunately there isn't recycling service at the property. But thanks for your note about bugs! They are bountiful in our rural setting, but haven't seen many in my recent inspections in the home. Will take a closer look and take action!
Hi merwyn! I'm sorry to see you didn't enjoy our property. I didn't hear any complaints or feedback from you during your stay. Would love to hear what your issues were so that I can address them for the future!
