Hidden Palms! Next to Shipwreck Island!

This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is located in the quiet community of Palm Cove is less than 1 mile from Shipwreck Island Water Park, and in the middle of the beach so you are close to everything! The location could not be better! Single level home, no stairs!
The closest beach access is the county pier .9 miles away, where there is ample parking. It's about 4 minutes by car. To get to Pier Park is about 10-15 minutes, depending on traffic.

Amenities:
- The subdivision is gated with a security guard on duty 10p - 5a
- 2 swimming pools that are located walking distance, about 4 minutes
- Full size Washer and Dryer in the unit
- TV 's in every room (smart TV's)
- High speed WiFi
- 2 Parking spaces located in front of the home and additional "first come first serve" temporary parking 1 block away

Beach towels are not provided, guests must bring their own.
We provide a startup supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, and toilet tissue.
Bedroom Configurations:
- Sleeps 6
- Master Bedroom: king bed, walk in closet, attached bathroom, and patio access
- Bedroom 2: queen bed, large closet, and patio access
- Bedroom 3: queen bed, large closet

NO PETS allowed and guests have to be over 21 to book. No parties allowed.

Good Stay

We really enjoyed our stay in this vacation home. It was very safe and close to beach access. I would stay in this home again. There were 2 bikes in the garage that my children enjoyed riding. Overall, I would recommend this vacation rental. There does need to be a few more spoons and forks if you have a large group. We had 7 people, and we barely had enough for all of us to eat together.

Could use some improvement

Overall it was not a bad stay. We had issues with drains, faulty wall sockets, shorts in light switches, lacked that beach feel and decor, garage door was broke, furniture had been chewed, blinds on back door were broke. Furniture in living room was not as pictured. There was one couch and nowhere else to sit. We got kicked out of the pool because we did not know we were supposed to have wrist bands. Apparently the company renting did not know either. So we missed some pool time waiting on bands. It was clean, location was great, manager was very prompt with responses. She was very friendly and professional.
