Clean, convenient stay!

Really enjoyed our stay. This is a spacious house with a great pool area and back yard, a short distance from downtown West Palm. Communication was great and check in was easy. Would recommend and stay again.

The property was exactly as pictured; beautiful, large enough for our group, great location near everything you need. Host was incredibly responsive and accommodating. Recommend this stay and would return anytime.

Location Good but not so good

Overall, the stay was fine, but the property location and the property itself were a little run down. Pool heater didn't work as advertised. I wouldn't rent it again.

Spacious and clean

Our family of 9 adults rented this home for 6 days for a wedding. Location was very convenient and close to the various events we had to attend. Home was clean and communication with Andrea was great and always prompt. The pool and jacuzzi were a favorite. The bedrooms were large and three have their own bathrooms. The other two bedrooms share a hall bathroom. None of the bedrooms or bathrooms have hooks to hang towels which was a little inconvenient. Kitchen was great and well equipped. Living room was comfortable. TV’s in every room and outside by the pool. The only negative is the traffic and noise when outside by the pool. You look out over a church parking lot and a busy road. It wasn’t terrible though and it was quiet inside the house. There is also a nice park right down the street that we walked in each day. Overall we were very happy with our stay and I would book it again.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. On the first evening, we noticed large cockroaches in the kitchen — not just one, but several. They were all ober the kitchen counter and floor. That alone was alarming, but things got worse when we discovered mice droppings underneath the sink and behind the refrigerator, clearly pointing to a rodent problem.This was nothing like the clean and comfortable home that was advertised. I reached out to the host, but the response was neither prompt nor helpful. VRBO should not allow properties like this to be listed without a full pest control treatment and deep cleaning. I would not recommend staying here under any circumstances.
