About this property

10 Minute Walk to Pickleball and the Sea of Cortez

Casa Patricia in Los Barriles, Mexico, our 3-bed/2-bath home is spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you need for a memorable stay. 2km from downtown, 5-10 minute walk to Tres palapas pickleball resort. Enjoy the multiple patios to soak in the beautiful gardens. BBQ outside or enjoy the well equipped kitchen with views.



The house is fully equipped including WiFi access and VPN-Watch all the games even on vacation!



Upstairs: you will find the open kitchen, living and ding area. There is one bedroom off this space with a king bed and french doors to the patio. The upstairs area shares a bathroom with walk in shower.



Downstairs: enjoy two bedrooms with separate entrances. One with a king bed and huge ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin trundle bed. Downstairs is also the laundry room shared with the casita.



You will have full access to the main house and can add the one bedroom casita as well.



We live and work in Los Barriles. We love this community and are happy to be your concierge before and during your stay.



This is a lovely dirt road neighborhood walking distance to the beach and Tres Palapas. You will need a vehicle to get you into town. We are happy to help set up an ATV to fully embrace Los Barriles!



For this location we recommend an ATV or car rental. We can help with transportation and have an ATV delivered to the house for your arrival!

A Fun First Time Visit to Los Barriles

We had a very nice stay at Casa Patricia. Really enjoyed that it was far enough away from the hub-bub of Los Barriles but close enough to get to in a matter of minutes (as long as you have some transportation). The Casa was very clean and had all the amenities (kitchen tools and appliances, bathroom, bedding, etc,.) that we needed! I would stay there again!

Nice home, beautiful location

Loved the view; nice, clean property. Everything was great except for no internet. Hence, no emails and no TV for at least 5 days. However, the neighbors had internet throughout.
