Cozy Home One Off the Beach
Comfortable home located just a few steps from one of the most desirable beaches in the area, Spa Buenavista. Perfect to enjoy a vacation with your family in a peaceful neighborhood.
Spa Buenavista is a small community south of Los Barriles. There is a small tienda at the top of the neighborhood. Beachfront is Spa Buenavista Resort with delicious Taco Tuesday specials, happy hour and a pool. You can pay a daily use fee to use the amenities at the resort.
This house has private gated parking for your atv or car. You will want a vehicle to explore the area and experience the local dining options. Walking distance is Spa Buenavista Resort with some dining, bar and pool options.
Always keep gates and fence doors CLOSED. The livestock are free range here and will make a feast in the yard. They also love the garbage cans and can make quite a mess!!
Please ALWAYS turn the AC off or set it to 30 when you are not in the house.
