Gorgeous and spacious 4 bedroom plus office in East Atlanta Village!
Emerald House is a beautiful, 4 bedroom plus office in East Atlanta Village. It is located on a quiet, wide suburban street and is half a mile away from Bellwood Coffee, Banshee Restaurant etc. The home has a piano, office, reading room, upstairs guest bedroom, upstairs large bedroom, & downstairs master. There is an additional rec room and garage parking. Key-less entry, and small pet is welcome! It's a large home that feels comfy and cozy. Long term (14 days plus) rentals only. (also there is no crib in the office, the settings required me to choose a bed!) Great for artists and industry professionals! Will consider small dog with further info! no cats, so sorry! The rental fee including my cleaning lady once a month as I do not want her to be out of a job! thanks so much!
