Perfect Secluded Oasis

This cabin is located in the new community north of Hochotown about 8 minutes. Broken Bow has become overrun with cabins put up on every corner. Carter Mountain is perfect for the people wanting to get away from all the action but still be close enough to go to dinner and the lake. Cozy Bear is perfect for a small family. You have this gorgeous scenic drive up to the house. The hot tub and fire pit are nestled behind the house. I love the firewood box located on the property. Saves you time and money on ordering your own wood. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely come back to this house.

Not a horrible stay but did have a few things that could have been improved on. The pans in the drawers were still dirty. I had to rewash and scrub just to be able to use them. The downstairs outdoor TV was not connected to any WiFi so we could not sit outside and watch anything. The upstairs fire pit would not stay lit no matter what we did. Followed all instructions and couldnโ€™t get it to work. And lastly after the power outage we had we had no hot water to shower in.

Good afternoon Ambrea, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. Iโ€™m glad you enjoyed your stay overall, but Iโ€™m truly sorry to hear about the issues you experienced. Thatโ€™s not the standard we want for our guests. I apologize for the dirty pans โ€” that should have been caught during cleaning, and Iโ€™ll be addressing this with our housekeeping team right away. I also appreciate you letting us know about the outdoor TV and upstairs fire pit; Iโ€™ll have maintenance check both to ensure theyโ€™re working properly for future guests. Regarding the hot water after the power outage, I know how frustrating that must have been, especially when youโ€™re trying to relax. Iโ€™m so sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience during an unexpected situation like that. Your feedback helps us improve, and I hope youโ€™ll consider giving us another chance in the future โ€” weโ€™d love the opportunity to make your next stay seamless from start to finish. Thank you again, Ambrea! Bob
