North Babylon is waiting for you at this 1-bedroom house. This adorable property features 1 full bed and 1 sofa bed, perfect for a small group of guests. With WiFi and AC available, you'll have everything you need for a terrific stay. Make your holiday one for the books with a stay at our place.The white fenced gate to right of the property is the entrance and first door to the left. please contact us for the check in code once you arrive. Only the person in the booking allowed on property.NO EXTRA GUESTS ALLOWED ON PREMISES. Code wont be provided if extra guests are seen on camera at anytime and booking will be canceled. Family lives upstairs so might hear some chatter and noise. If that will bother you please cancel the reservation. No service animals accepted due to health hazard to people residing on property. please let us know 15 mins prior to when you are about to arrive on property so we can provide the code. Once you checkin please confirm everything looks good, if not upto your standards immediately cancel and checkout. Don't complete the stay and complain about small things out of our control. This is a private accommodation and not a 5 star hotel :) Donot bother upstairs family for anything reach out via chat or call for any needs / DONOT knock on the front door.Once inside the property. The wifi(Kay-Net-Guest) can be used. The password is Guest99!. Please close the entrance door behind you immediately as rodents and insects can make their way inside the apartment. The bedside table lamp is touch sensitive, so just touch anywhere on the black surface and it should turn on and off. Please use the provided garbage bins for toilet paper, do not flush them down the toilet. If you have any issues or require any additional accommodations or help, please reach out either through this app or i can also be reached by call or text. No extra guests are allowed.Stove doesnot work as there is no cooking allowed in the unit .Thank you, hope you enjoy your stay. CHECK OUT IS AT 11AM.No late checkout allowed. Please respond if we try to contact you regarding any questions or issues ( If no response we will have to bother you by coming in person regardless of the time if house rules are broken).
