Utter disappointment
First of all I wasn't allowed to check into the property on Monday, February 3rd, because of a mixup. I had to stay in another property. Finally, late in the afternoon on Tuesday, February 4th I/we checked into the property we reserved AND what a disappointment. The downstairs windows didn't have window coverings, and the few that did were covered with cardboard and Styrofoam. Some pots were dirty with burnt food. None of the bathrooms had toilet paper holders or towel racks. The kitchen was severely undestocked of tableware, cups and glasses. There was no soap pods for the dishwashers, and no cleaning supplies at all. The washing machine would not spin, I contacted the owner and he said he would have someone come out, but that never happened. The furniture stunk of BO, and the carpet was filthy. The house was beautiful and perfect size and location, but not prepared for a family. The property was definitely NOT home away from home. I have pictures and strongly feel I deserve a refund feel that I'm entitled to a refund
