The house is huge with very high ceiling 5 bedrooms and 2.5 baths full garage to use for works , it is a short distance from the DOMAIN with famous restaurants, bars and shopping, very close to Q2 Soccer Stadium(FC Austin) . The house is located next to Mopac loop 1 and interstate 35 so you are within minutes to downtown and the rivers.The backyard has a deck with 2 outdoor tables and plenty of chairs with umbrella and 2 barbecue grills one uses propane and the other one is charcoal it is fenced for your privacy and security for your pets and children while they played. WIFI is equipped with highest fiber optic good for company to send employees to work weekly or monthly. If you need a big house and don't have the highest of expectations, this property would be fine for you, I'm sure. Pros: There were waters in the fridge and they left good coffee for the keurig, which we really appreciate. Lots of beds, however, our family was 3 and so that wasn't really a benefit for us. Cons:The house is in a bit of disrepair. Even the roads outside the house were terrible. The garage door was broken when we got there which the host informed us of and told us that it would be fixed the next day and after traveling until late in the night there was a knock on the door at 8am sharp to let repair people into the house and we couldn't leave until they left. On the surface the house looks clean but there was dirt on the floor in the cracks, like they cleaned 'most' of it. There were crumbs on the patterned tablecloth, which were difficult to see. The vent in the upstairs bath had a half inch layer of dust. The stairs and cabinets in the kitchen are wearing away. There are cracks in the walls of the bathroom upstairs and the bedside tables were dirty. Prior to check out, The host asked me to not leave a big mess (which, I would never anyway, a little weird) as, he says, the maid would charge him more for more cleaning. I would suggest to you Ben, that you get a new cleaner regardless and do a pre- check in inspection, the cleaner is not doing a good job for you. For these reasons, I cannot recommend this VRBO.

Thanksgiving Stay

The house was as described and very roomy for our group. However, the house has a very open floor plan and very echoey - not so conducive for babies and small children. Overall, the house was clean but maybe just needs a little pick-me-up. 2 of the bedrooms had a weed smell - and though I know they tried to air this out and clean it, it was still apparent.

Lovely large new home in a nice north Austin neighbourhood

We really enjoyed our stay in your beautiful home. We spent three weeks in Austin, moving our son into an apartment to attend the university of Texas. It was a wonderful base 10 to 15 minutes north of downtown in a nice quiet suburban neighborhood.

Friends trip

We had a friends trip down to Austin the property was nice and everything was as it was shown. Owner is very responsive. Only thing for me was that one of the beds had a couple of bugs on it but outside of that it was great!

Great place for the price!

Great place to stay. We had lots of room for the four adults and had room left over for family that live in Austin to visit. The large living room was ideal for the grand-kids to play. The dinning room table had room for all to eat. The place was very clean and nice. The owner Ben answered all emails with in hours and was very helpful. I would recommend this place to anyone that has a large family and needs a place to stay. I would stay here again.

Great place to stay

This was a great place. Lots of room to spred out. Everyone had a bedroom. It was clean and everything worked well. Loved having a grill and a nice gas stove. Petty little thing- the mattress in the front room isn’t great but all the other mattresses were very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Two Step Inn Family Weekend

House was very accommodating for our weekend getaway to Two Step Inn in Georgetown! Address is Austin but was a short commute / Uber each day. House clean, beds were all comfy and neighborhood seems safe & secure.

Needs major up keep

When we arrived at property to check in there was a construction crew pouring half of a driveway slab and a walkway to the front door. The owner of the house was there and told us to use stones on the side of the walkway to get to the front door. Once inside walls were dirty, cob webs in all the windows, dead bugs in window sills. Note next to the fridge that the handle was broken and glued back on. The only positive about the house was the size and amount of beds.

The house met all our needs

We enjoyed our stay at the house. It was a good location for what we needed and we were quite comfortable in the house. We will be staying here again next time we gather with our family in Austin.

A positive experience

We were pleasantly surprised with the house, fully equipped and ample number of bedrooms for our mentoring cohort. Kitchen supplies cover the basics. Could use a larger skillet. No shelf barriers on the frig door. Everything worked. Could use a sink holder for dishes washed by hand. A small little ant colony in the master bathroom. Needed help to set the AC but one call took care of it. Fragrant pillows!! What fragrance was that? I would use the property again.

Good location only

This house was in a convenient location in the Austin area, but was a complete disappointment. I have rented many times and have never had issues so significant. The house was only stocked with toilet paper and paper towels and soaps. We had to request a/c vents to be opened in the ceiling in the master bedroom, pot holders, pots, serving dishes, pillowcases, lightbulbs and many other things that should have been there for the high rent rate we paid. There were many things is disrepair as well including stained walls, smoke alarm, coffee k cup, no where to put toilet paper as handles ripped off wall, stained shower curtain liner, ceiling fans completely caked with dust etc. Would not stay here again. Host came to bring a few basic things on a long list we made but seemed bothered and uninterested in making the situation right for us. Would not recommend unless you just want a lot of beds and not much else.

I think everybody would love the house, the house is so huge and very high ceiling, I love the spacious living room, big kitchen the arch entryway, the shape of the stairway and most of all the spaces is so big especially the master bedroom with a huge bathtub.
