• The Village at Breckenridge offers a shared indoor/outdoor pool, 4 outdoor hot tubs (typically open 10:00 AM–10:00 PM), a game room, and a fitness room. Amenities are managed by the building; hours and availability may vary.

• The building has an elevator operated by building management. If the elevator is unavailable due to maintenance or outage, stairs will be required.

• This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal's presence during your stay or post check-out, guests will be charged an additional cleaning fee.
