CO-Mountain Views and Main St. Too
Families w/children & couples welcome! Right next to Breck Ski School with panoramic views of the Quicksilver super chairlift just outside your window in this ski-in/ski-out condo in the beating heart of downtown Breckenridge. The location and the view cannot be beat -- right next to the lift and everything on Breckenridge's main street.
The best views in the building. Large studio with full kitchen (fully equipped), bath, and large screen TV for when you get tired of watching the skiers on the mountain or the ski school just down from your window.
PLEASE NOTE: The building has been remodeled over the summer, and scaffolding will remain in place until mid-November. This somewhat impedes the view out the window. There is NO construction activity inside the building, but guests may see activity on the exterior until the first week of November.
Amenities include three outdoor hot tubs, an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a kids' area, a gym, a sauna, a steam room, a pool table, shuffleboard, a theater/game room, and a large group room downstairs with a fireplace. Shared laundry facilities are just down the hall.
We are superhosts who enjoy providing guests with a great experience. We outfit each place to be comfortable, very well-equipped, and with good internet speeds so you can focus on enjoying the beautiful location and all the skiing, hiking, etc. that area has to offer.
SKI STORAGE - Free ski storage is available at Christy's Sports just downstairs and next to the Quicksilver lift. Vail Resorts does NOT allow our guests to store skis behind the front desk—sorry about that.
BRECKENRIDGE PARKING -- This condo is in the middle of everything. There is no need for a car here. However, if you bring a car, you have two options.
First, request a parking reservation in the building for $35/day. These reservations are in short supply, so requesting one early is STRONGLY encouraged. If you request the reservation, I will attempt to secure a slot for you. If successful, I will request payment for the extra parking fee directly from you. You cannot pay for parking reservations separately.
Second, Breckenridge is very restrictive about overnight parking. Only one location in Breck allows for overnight parking, the Ice Rink lot.
Directions to Ice Rink Lot: The Stephen C West Ice Arena (Ice Rink) is located at 189 Boreas Pass Rd. If you head south (towards Blue River) out of Town, turn LEFT at Boreas Pass Road (the stop light just past Park & Main). The Ice Rink is on your right, just past the train. They have a large parking lot to the left of the building. At the very back, they allow overnight parking. This is also the location where you can find the giant wooden troll – IsakHearthstone(///next.perceptions.porch ). It's roughly a 15-minute walk back to the condo.

This is simply the best location in Breck. We are right in "Main Street Station" --- where Main street meets Park Ave --- the heart of Breck --- with the quicksilver lift in our backyard.
