We went with two other couples. We were really only there to sleep. It’s about a 15 min uber ride from Broadway, which wasn’t bad (Ubers were always available). Condo had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate us. More seating in the main room would have been nice. The outside area was cool, but due to the rain we didn’t get to use it.
It was a little out of downtown so uber rides could add up, but it was a nice place, clean, comfy, and a good stay. It was centrally located to get to different parts of town.
The living area is quite smaller than appeared. There wasn’t enough lounge sitting or options to have more (no dining area). The stools were not accommodating to much weight and one of the chair backs was coming detached. 3rd floor master with shower/2 sinks was nice. But that mattress needs changed out! Overall very good stay…don’t underestimate the stairs-especially if weather doesn’t accommodate the rooftop being usable!
Our stay was overall very nice. Communication with David was truly 5 stars—prompt, clear, and professional. I really appreciated that the house was well-stocked with amenities and had everything you might need during your stay. The only issue I personally noticed was that the unit could use a bit of a touch-up, such as a fresh coat of paint & a few small repairs. Also, the housekeeping could be improved—specifically, more attention to detail when cleaning the floors, corners, and baseboards.
The place was nice just wish the tv would work in the living room are whole stay we couldn’t enjoy the living room because the tv wouldn’t work but overall the stay was nice and clean we wish check in would of been at least by 2pm or 3pm and check out would of been at least by 11am or 12am that was too early and too late to check in and out especially people like us that’s traveling from other states

Great hosts, average spot
First, let me say that the owners were very responsive, helpful and courteous. Amongst the best. The property itself is quite a bit smaller than we expected with no real spot to convene as a group - no game table or anything. The townhome doesn't offer much privacy so you either keep curtains and shades drawn or you get comfortable with onlookers. One of the bathrooms on the upper level did not have window coverings at all and can be easily seen from the outside. The area it is in is not super great so walking is probably not a great option. None of the views are ones you would write home about. All this to say that we would not stay at this place again but we would be fine to choose something else from this owner.
