Overall, the staywas nice for a couple.And maybe your kids we had some issues with the elevator and had to take the stairs for the rest of the trip. But it was okay, everything worked out.

We stayed 5 nights. Condo was clean, the furniture is outdated and stains on carpet. The condo is on the third floor, we had the code to access the elevator, but it only seemed to work before the hours of 5 p.m. during daylight hours. Every night when we would come back from dinner or going out for the evening we would have to take the stairs to get up to the room. The kitchen is also limited on items to cook with. Make sure you bring your own toiletries, because those are also very limited.

Difficulty because elevator code NEVER worked. A neighbor gave us his code so we could do it. It took a while to get customer service on the phone. By that time I had talked to the neighbor.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Nashville. Admittedly, at first I was a little concerned about the distance we were from Downtown, but there was truly nothing to it! A quick car ride or Uber to Downtown was easy, yet we were around lots of convenient shops and dining areas, just steps from the condo. The condo was filled with everything we needed and was quite comfortable. The condo itself had an issue with the code for the elevator, but that was not an issue with who we booked through or our communication.

We had a wonderful stay! The space is huge and was very clean. About a 15 min drive from downtown Nashville. Our only small complaint is that when they sent check in instructions, there was no access code and we arrived very late. Luckily they did answer the phone right away to give it to us. There is also no cleaning supplies other than some dish soap. Overall would recommend and would come back!!

Great location in Nashville, quite complex perfect for our family. Beds were comfy, bathrooms large, great kitchen. The only negative for the stay was the fact the elevator keypad didn’t work after 5pm on weekdays and not at all on weekends so we had to carry all of our luggage up and down the stairs when arriving/leaving as we were on the 3rd floor.
