The Space:

As you enter the ground level a cozy, queen bed suite welcomes you, and has a TV available and ready for you to settle in.  Around the corner and up the stairs, on the 2nd level, is where you will find the main living area.  The living area consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a 6-person dining area, and a bright, welcoming living room.  In the kitchen there is a Kuerig available to you, which is excellent for starting your morning with a nice cup of coffee on the serene, private balcony which is also on the 2nd floor.  On the 3rd level you will have two more bedrooms.  One bedroom sleeps six comfortably as it has two bunk beds, this room also has its own private bath.  Then there is the master bedroom with its luxurious private bathroom and walk in closet.  Finally, climb up to the clouds on the fourth level and enjoy an utterly unique space as you relax on your own private rooftop deck, consisting of a smart TV and fun outdoor games for everyone.



Bedroom #1, is a guest bedroom located on the 1st level, outfitted with a queen bed, and smart TV.  There is an en-suite which has a standing shower only.



Bedroom #2, is located on the 3rd level and is outfitted with two bunk beds, twin beds on top of full beds, which can comfortably sleep 6 in total, and has a smart TV. This room has an en suite which is outfitted with a shower and tub. 



Bedroom #3, the master suite located on the 3rd level, is outfitted with a king bed, and smart TV.  There is also an en-suite outfitted with double vanity sinks, a walk-in shower, and a walk-in closet. 



Things to know:

• The main living area is located on the 2nd level, where there is also a half-bath, and access to a private balcony.

• Adjacent to the master suite, which is on the 3rd level, is a spiral staircase which descends to the 2nd level balcony. 

• Private washer and dryer in the main living area.

• 1 car garage.

• Has a quaint backyard area on the 1st level.



Location is ideal here, as Downtown Nashville is only 9 minutes away where you can enjoy all of the local attraction Nashville has to offer! Stock up at the Nashville Farmers Market, just 6 minutes away. Take a stroll to The Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, a beautiful public park rich in Nashville history only 7 minutes away!
