Great GetAway Week

Our week stay was great! My family was able to relax and enjoy a peaceful stay during the week. We relaxed and did a lot of fishing and catching! The house was perfect, well stocked and everything the description stated. I would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect location!

The house and property was amazing! This was our 3rd VRBO stay and the best so far. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to visit Mason, Fredericksburg and Austin. Enjoyed a little fishing from the dock one night. I hope we left the property as clean as when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!

Great get away!

This property exceeded our expectations! The house was adorable and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. It’s located on an incredible area of the river where we were able to float and kayak without too much boating traffic. Will 100% return!

Weekend vacation

The property was pretty and the yard was beautiful. We enjoyed the dock to fish and watch the lake. The property was only upstairs and hard to go up and down all day but we managed and had fun.

Great home on a beautiful river

Adult family of 4 enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful view. Kitchen was well equipped for our meal preparations. Furniture was comfortable and. well positioned to give us ample room. We used the dock for our kayaks and swimming the ladder was especially helpful for entry/ exit. Great place, would stay again.

It was a wonderful experience The house was a cutie. Big enough for 4, very clean, easy to get to. It is in a very quiet Neightbor We had everything we needed I just wish it had a safety bar in the showers, I ce I do have some leg problems but it was great. Thank you so much for sharing with us

Riverside house

It was a very nice property, house was as described. We took the kids to getaway for few days, everyone enjoyed their time. The fishing from property dock was good caught plenty of blue gail and one flathead catfish. Other then the invasion of zebra mussels it was very nice out at the river would return again. Contact with management was good and quick response thank yall

We enjoyed our stay. The lake house was super clean and provided necessities needed for cooking meals. We arrived early, but were not able to get early access, though the place was ready. For the amount we paid, we felt an earlier access would have given us more time to enjoy our time at the lake; check out was super early too. Felt like we really had only one full day to enjoy the place, considering what we paid. But we enjoyed our time together.

We rent this home 3 to 4 times during the summer each year and always have a fabulous time there. The water is perfect on the upper Colorado, where this is located. It’s just a rocks throw from the dam at Inks Lake, so there’s very little boat traffic. The home is well equipped, and very comfortable. You’re not allowed to use the boat lift, but it does have a nice dock for docking your boat and a place for two jet skis, and that seems to work out fine for us. You’ll love the beautiful pecans and the plush green grass and gentle slope down to the water. Everything is there that you would need. There’s even a washer and dryer.

Anniversary Trip

Property was nice and clean. Amazing lake access with massive lawn. House was well-stocked with needed items for cooking. We enjoyed our stay. Suggestions - 4:00 check in seems later than typical on most properties (usually 2:00 or 3:00 check in); 10:00 check out seems earlier than typical on most properties (usually 11:00 or 12:00). The check out time doesn't allow for much time to enjoy the morning prior to check out. Seemed the AC worked well during the day but bedroom was hot at night. Not sure if the flow of the AC is sufficient to the back bedrooms. AC did not allow to turn down below 71.

Great long weekend with very cute property. It was decorated nicely, clean, had the use of a washer and dryer which helped with towels and bathing suits. Was pet friendly (we have miniature daschund crate-trained). This is a heavy rental area so the houses on either side of us and across the lake were rented and sometimes loud but that is to be expected. There is no fencing between neighbors so if they have pets, they come into the yard if not watched. We always had ours on leash especially because she is a puppy. The living area is upstairs so just be aware if stairs are an issue for anyone in your party. All in all we enjoyed our stay thoroughly.
