Great location, perfect size for the two of us. Enjoyed walking to the restaurants and bars nearby. The outdoor patio was great for relaxing after a day on the beach or the trail.

We rented the upstairs studio for a weekend reunion. Great location to walk to downtown spaces. Easy in and out access to roadways. Would highly recommend for couples!

I have to admit the stairs were a bit taxing after hauling suitcases up, and Pine street seems to be an EMS highway late at night which, like the train whistles, are in no way is the fault of the host. Location was great, easy walking to shops and restaurants. Overall, a good value for the price.

Everything was good. The only thing I might change is leaving some instructions for the hot plat or whatever the cooking surface is. If you have never used one it takes a minute to figure out.

Loved it! The location is perfect, it’s within walking distance of the water, food and shopping! Inside was very clean. Outside patio had animal hair on the couch but was otherwise a beautiful spot for morning coffee.
