This 3-Bedroom home is centrally located and perfect for FAMILIES. There is a 5-Person Spa (open May - September), Outdoor Shower, Wireless Internet, Linens Provided, Central-AC, and more! This home offers the perfect getaway in a very quiet neighborhood on a dead-end street with more foot traffic than auto.

The neighborhood is ideal for biking (road or trails), walking/running (2-mile loop around lake), fishing, and canoeing. 5-minute drive to Falmouth Heights Beach, Downtown Restaurants, and Shops. 10-minutes to Old Silver Beach and Mashpee Commons.

The front of the house includes a 20x8' deck, Table Umbrella set, and swing w/canopy. The good size backyard features a 30x12' deck with a 6-Person Spa, Outdoor Shower (for when you get home from the beach), screened in Gazebo with Patio Set, & Grille.

All Rights to Beach Association Included. Pinecrest Beach Association: This mainly includes access to gated entrances to smaller beaches and larger beaches around the lake. Water is beautiful - perfect for swimming.

Great Lake and ocean family vacation!

If your looking for a great beach vacation to the lake and the ocean, with a bonus hot tub, this is the place!!! We had an amazing time! We were disappointed in our experience. We often rent homes on trips and have never felt the need to express disappointment in a review, but the experience of staying in this home did not match the description in the listing. The bedroom that was shown as having a daybed that pulled out into a larger bed was actually bunk beds. There was no privacy in the living room (which faced the neighbors) because many slats in the blinds were missing. We ended up hanging an extra sheet on it at night time. The bathroom door did not close properly which was awkward as it was visible from the living room. The “laundry closet” was in the living room under the loft stairs and had a curtain covering it, We did have to do laundry once, but could only reach the washer by partly climbing over the dryer. We did contact the landlord with our concerns that first day, but he did not feel anything needed to be addressed which was also disappointing. We made the best of this situation and enjoyed our time in the lovely town of Falmouth. Although the neighborhood was quiet and conveniently located as stated, we cannot recommend this property to others for the aforementioned reasons,

The owner of this property could not be nicer! Very responsive! We “expected” something a little different from the location. It seems a neighborhood in some transition....and not as “charming” as anticipated. We had hoped for walking trails with views of the pond, but there is no trail for walking and dogs are not allowed at the pond. The kitchen is well equipped and I loved the tea pot!! On the website the back porch appears to be screened in, but it is a screen tent and not a bug stopper. The furnishings are comfy and I enjoyed the swing on the front porch. Overall for us, it was a nice experience communicating with David, but probably a better choice for a family with kids who would enjoy playing in the neighborhood pond.

Nice place for the family and dog

Family of 4 with a medium sized dog stayed very comfortably here for the weekend of my daughter's wedding. The owner David was quick to respond when we had questions. The hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of dancing. We would stay again if the need arises and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quaint place to stay.

We needed to getaway for a long weekend after being cooped up all spring and summer. The house was in a great location, close to all. It was quite clean, the bathroom immaculate, and very comfortable. The area was very quiet even though houses were quite close to each other. We especially enjoyed the spa hot tub which we used every day!!! That was the relaxation we were looking. The sky filled with shooting stars was amazing to watch. Nice house wonderful jaccuzi

We enjoyed this property and the location was exactly as described, across from a nice pond with a sandy bottom. We rented a kayak locally and we’re able to use it for the day on the pond.

Cute convenient and cozy

Dave is a very attentive owner. Several snafus occurred but a recently installed new roof and downed trees are not really avoidable. House is well supplied and close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely recommend.
