Wow this condo is amazing! We had a wonderful time. Everything needed is provided, the kitchen is fully stocked. Location is in the beginning of the malecon with many restaurants. Communication with host was fast and easy. Can’t wait to return.

Perfection!!! Perfect for my family of 5, three kids aged 6,11 and 15 and they all loved it. The property was spotless and well equipped and the location was perfect! We enjoyed the pool and the marina and all the restaurants and shopping. We went fishing and to the beach and enjoyed the entire trip.

Our most favorite rental in all our travels. The place exceeded our expectations in every way! The Vista Coral is a must when traveling to La Paz. The views of the marina and city are incredible. The condo itself feels just luxurious. The place had everything we could think of needing in order to enjoy our stay!Some of our favorite restaurants & sites in La Paz: Amelier 21 Centro Bakery, Hana Sushi Mx, Finde Coffee Club (Tues, Sat, Sun only at the Mercado Orgánico y Artesanal street market), Anzuelo Cocina del Mar (marine restaurant steps away from the condo!) Playa El Tecolote and Playa Balandra are wonderful beaches nearby.

The place was so beautiful and so comfortable! Both rooms and bathrooms are gorgeous and it was so nice to be able to take 5 steps outside to the pool. The location is also perfectly located in town with a lot of places within walking distance, and if you choose to uber it will only take 5 mins to basically everywhere you’d want to go!! La Paz is beautiful, everyone is kind, and coming home to this property made it even more enjoyable! If I get to come back to La Paz I would love to stay here again. **One thing that confused us in the beginning was when we left the airport and headed to the property. When we searched “Vista Coral” Apple Maps told us it was permanently closed. If this happens to you, don’t worry it’s very much open!! But we did find a different name for the property that comes up as “open” which is, Live Aqua Private Residences. Either one will take you to the right place. But if you run into any trouble you can call the host and they are very helpful!When we arrived at the property, checking in was very easy!

if you're staying in La Paz, the Vista Coral is the place to be! You will find yourself in the middle of everything. The Malecon is a special place and we walked it and ate our way across a variety of restaurants. It is convenient and offers everything you could want. Security was excellent and we will be back! Your host is responsive and available to help with recommendations! Stay here!

The gym is excellent and the separate yoga room is nice too. Amazing views up on the 7th nivel. Condo is huge, well-maintained and comfortable with great beds. Perfect location on the malecón. We stayed for 5 weeks and while the home is adequately equipped we did have to buy some items for the kitchen. Like a kettle, wine glasses, extra bowls, a salad bowl, cleaning supplies, and bbq brush. The condo is located right off the pool on ground level which is nice when it’s quiet (which it was 90% of our time) Very tranquilo, very lovely and clean building in a wonderful, family-oriented town.

Gorgeous, great location

Exceptional modern condo with all you need for a fabulous stay in La Paz. Condo is right at the marina entrance and puts you directly on the Malecón. Underground dedicated parking is a plus. Unit is well appointed. Host is extremely communicative and helpful and clearly wants their guests to have a positive experience.

Stephanie’s property was beyond amazing! The pictures do not do it justice. Being able to walk out from the patio to the pool and back was so essential for traveling with a toddler. Four days was not enough to enjoy the home and La Paz. Stephanie was also extremely communicative the entire trip and ensured we had everything we needed and then some. Our family cannot wait to go back some day!

Amazing property!!!Great location next to marina and malecon. Condo was clean upon arrival and well stocked with towels, bedding, dishes and cooking supplies(cooking oil, spices, coffee). We appreciated having beach towels, toys, and palapa to use. Condo is nicely decorated and very spacious. We enjoyed having pool access right off our patio. Entire property is very well maintained. This is our 3rd time in La Paz and this condo does not compare to previous rentals we’ve rented. The host is very responsive and had many suggestions for local restaurants, massage and boat rentals. We’re sad to leave but will be booking this unit again, hopefully soon!

Absolutely amazing! This condo exceeded every expectation. People always say "it's even better than the pictures," but in this case it's absolutely true. The condo is spacious, beautifully maintained, and the walkout patio opens directly to the pool, which was one of our favorite features.The location couldn't be better. You can walk right down to the marina for restaurants, bars, and shopping, and the Malecón is just a few steps away, so there's really no need to drive.If you stay here, do yourself a favor and visit Dos Bajas at the marina. The cocktails are outstanding, the food is fantastic, and the staff made us feel like family. Ask if anyone wants to play a game of Threes at the bar. You might end up making some new friends like we did!This was hands down our favorite trip to La Paz, and this condo was a big part of what made it so special. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Book it...you won't regret it!

I struggled to determine how to rate this place. It was gorgeous and huge with one major issue for us. When I was searching for a place in La Paz, I wanted a good location and a pool. I put those in my search filters and this one stood out. I loved the location, the condo was beautiful and being on the 1st floor, we could walk right from our patio to the pool. The struggle I have is that when we arrived, the pool was not operational. It was shut down all but our last day in La Paz. There was no mention of this in the listing when we booked. No communication with the property manager about this until I asked about it when we arrived. This is why I struggle. The place is great but the management needs an overhaul. We absolutely should have been told this prior to our arrival so I could have made the decision to go elsewhere. With 2 teenagers, a pool was important to us.Not only was it not communicated, the property manager was baffled as to why I was upset. Listing all the other wonderful things about the place. But when you book somewhere based on the POOL….yes, it is an issue.We ended up spending way more money than we anticipated as we had to Uber to the beach and beach clubs everyday since we could not use the pool. I would 100% stay in this complex again but would look for another owner/management company that communicates properly with their customers.

From the moment you arrive you feel welcome and the property is amazing. Clean, convenient, walking score a 10, and it just feels good! Open the door and you see a beautiful view of the marina. The condo is furnished with comfortable yet designer furniture. Bar stools and sectional couch. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A kitchen, coffee was provided and creamer. Full kitchen with full size appliances. The closet space and bedrooms are very well done. You walk outside to a built bbq area, large gathering table and pool! Host provides pool towels. You won’t want to leave! We had guests over and they all said it was the nicest unit they had seen on the property. So convenient. Pool access, walk to a market and the parking is safe and secure! I can’t wait to return! 5 star property! We will be back! Enjoy!

Nous avions le condo 105. Nous avons passé un sejour exceptionnel. L'hôte Stephanie est vraiment tres a l'écoute de ses clients et elle nous porte plusieurs petites attentions. Les photos reflètent vraiment le condo. Il est magnifique !!! L'emplacement est parfait. C'est le plus beau bâtiment de La Paz. Merci encore pour ce magnifique séjour.
