Aside from hosting top tier condominiums, I also run a Spa franchise of four branches and counting. I love anime, playing computer games, badminton, travelling, and karaoke. I'm kind of shy, but I really want to meet new people especially foreigners.

Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because this is the only bay area in metro manila. This is BGC but near the ocean, if BGC is New York, the whole Entertainment City is Las Vegas but with the unique twist of being in the bay area.
What makes this property unique
I can say it straight that my condo is the most luxurious / interiored condo unit available for rent in my area. The one's in Shore Residences are low end. Bayshore Residential Resort is high end.
