Charming 3-bedroom private oasis with pool. Awesome game room for all ages.

Stay comfortably at Bree Haven located in Jonesboro, Ga. Close to the airport and Atlanta downtown area with a 20-25 minute ride. There are several restaurants around the area so you don't have to go far to enjoy a good meal. The house is a 3-bedroom home in a very private location and plenty of room from neighbors. It has 2 king beds, and 1 queen bed. There is also a queen size air mattress. Additional sleeping with a huge chaise attach to the sofa and a large recliner chair, that sleeps like a bed. There are 3 full bathrooms that has a shower/tub combo. The house is large with plenty of room for entertainment. Enjoy amenities like WiFi, fitness equipment, arcades games, pool table, air hockey and a washer/dryer. The pool is amazing and private for you and your guest. The backyard is huge and there are two decks attached to the house with seating areas. Your stay here will be nothing short of phenomenal. The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
All trash must be in trash bags and placed in the brown trash bins. Do not dump loose trash in these bins without bagging,
All pots and pans must be washed. You can place dirty dishes after rinsing in the dishwasher.
If you use the grill then you must clean out the ashes from the charcoal. A fine of $100 will be added if not cleaning. This will be considered extra cleaning for the housekeeper.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Must notify host of any discrepancies within two hours of check-in. The is especially referring to arcade games, broken or non-functioning items.
No additional guests or unauthorized event/gathering/ party without discussing with host and paid fees.
No smoking or vaping inside the house. No glass around pool. This will result in a fine of $400.

Awesome Haven

The host was great, and very pleasant. Was a phone call away. Very clean listing everything as expected and as pictures! Loved it and my family and the kids especially really enjoyed themselves will be back!!

Amazing!

Beautiful home! Listing was very accurate to the home. Host was very responsive. Only downside would be the wifi speed. It was difficult to stream a video on the tv.

Thanksgiving blessings

This was my first time booking with vrbo on Thanksgiving. It was a nightmare that turned into a blessing for my family. Our first home we booked was occupied by a family when we arrived. Vrbo customer service team helped fix this problem. They contacted the host of this beautiful home and my family was reassured that everything would be alright.
