Newly Renovated, Gorgeous and Spacious Oceanfront 1 BR/1BA Condo, (Sleeps 8)

An excellent condo with amazing oceanfront views on the upper floor. Spectacular and spacious, cozy and clean 1BR/BA unit in Paradise Resort! Paradise Resort was built in 2006 and is one of few newest oceanfront resorts in Myrtle Beach. The resort is facilitated with indoor/outdoor pools, lazy river, two indoor Jacuzzi pools, on-site restaurant and covered parking garage.

The private bedroom with two queen beds is completely separated from living room and kitchen. The newly upgraded kitchen has granite countertop and is fully equipped with appliances, blender, coffee pot, toaster, refrigerator, electric range, and dishwasher.

The professionally decorated living room has a FLAT SCREEN HD TV, HI-speed wireless internet, a dining table with four chairs, a queen size sleeper sofa, a new pull-down full-size murphy bed and a single-size sofa. Linens and towels are provided for 7 guests. There are also washer/dryers in the unit. Everything you need for a great vacation.

The spacious balcony has a table and 2 chairs, is direct Oceanfront and THE VIEWS ARE INCREDIBLE! They are perfect for dolphin watching with your morning coffee and evening wine.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a fantastic visit at Myrtle Beach. The accommodations were perfect for our family of four. The condo was very clean and well-appointed. The host was an excellent communicator and we had zero problems of any kind. We would return in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for our first trip to Myrtle Beach. It was perfect for what we needed and very clean. The sheets were amazingly soft! But the view! Oh the view was breathtaking!

Mustang Week 2021

We had a great time staying here. The condo is on the 15th floor so you have a great view and its quiet. The room was very clean and it was very easy to get In contact with the owner and they would respond quickly. We came down for Mustang Week and the room is within 10 minutes from Broadway, TopGolf, and most of the other events. Also within walking distance to the pier and the main strip. Will definitely stay again.

Great condo, as advertised

Stayed for 6 days with my wife and two teenaged daughters. Condo was great—nice touches like dishwasher and laundry tabs (for the in-room dishwasher and washer/dryer, of course), coffee filters, spices, beach chairs, etc. Check-in and check-out processes couldn’t have been easier or quicker. View from the balcony is spectacular, and Li was accessible and helpful all week. Would definitely recommend!

Great!

We are a family of 5 with a 10,8, and 6 year old. We all fit comfortably. We bought a lot of groceries and ate almost every meal in the condo. The room was clean, and the owner was very easy to work with and responded quick too questions. Despite the cloudy and rainy week we had a great time as family :)

The property itself is immaculately clean, nice and has everything needed for our stay. The beds are comfortable. Location is great. The resort management of shared facilities was a bit sloppy . The swimming pool was not cleaned properly and the showers were not working for most of our stay. My rating reflects those problems as everything was fine with the condo.

wonderful oceanview condo

We found the condo perfect for the two of us.. Sitting on the balcony all morning enjoying the sun and watching the ocean was our favorite thing to do. The kitchen setup was perfect as we made many meals here. There are two suggestions we would make; for long term renters it would be nice to mop up the tile floors. We did vacuum and used paper towels to mop up the bathroom and kitchen floors. Secondly, there is a need for hand rails to assist getting out of tub especially for older tenants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again.

Good price, nice stay

Property is your average Myrtle Beach hotel. Our unit was nice and the upkeep was good. Check-in was easy, as a code was provided from the owner. I did have to get a parking pass and a room key, from the front desk, as the parking deck has a coded door. Bath Towels are provided, but we weren’t really sure who provided fresh towels, as far as housekeeping, so we just washed our own. Had a small issue with the balcony door that was resolved within an hour. I would definitely recommend this unit. We had a great time, even though the weather was uncooperative. Thanks for the great stay and we look forward to staying with y’all again.

We loved this Condo!

This is our third winter in Myrtle Beach. Each year we have stayed in a different condo. This was by far, our favorite. The condo was clean and updated. Since we stayed for 7 weeks, we loved having the washer and dryer, and also an easy to use HVAC system. Loved having the ice maker in the refrig/freezer and the ceiling fans were wonderful. We were hesitant when we saw the condo had carpet in the LR and BR, but it was wonderfully comfortable and easy to clean with the vacuum cleaner provided. Loved the layout--in the other MB condos where we have stayed, the entry door was through the bedroom. The beds were comfy and we were provided plenty of towels. Owner was very responsive whenever we had questions. The staff at the resort were always friendly and pleasant. The resort common areas are clean and well-maintained. Loved having the Lazy River indoors. The four elevators were fast, clean and always working. Since our stay was during the off-season, the resort was quiet, but even on the weekends when it became busier, we were not bothered by noise. Not sure why I left l the best until last, but the view from the balcony in this condo is phenomenal. We will definitely stay here again!

Staying on the 15th floor guaranteed a great view of the beach/ocean. It was great to watch a beautiful sunrise each day. The 3 of us (2 adults & 1 teenager) stayed 24-25 March 2018. Pros: Great view! Dishes/pots/pans were available if you wanted to cook. A drawer of board games were available to use. Cable TV in both rooms. Washer/dryer inside the condo. Enough comfortable sleeping accommodations for at least 4-5 people. Heated pool/hot tub/small lazy river inside the building. Ice machine directly in front of the entrance to the condo. Easy beach access from the 1st floor pool area. Small restaurant/bar on site. Close to stores and restaurants. Cons: Upon arrival we found hair and dirt in the bathtub. Unfortunately, it was a bit of a turn off and I had to clean it out with disinfectant. The pots/pans aren't non-stick, so bring cooking spray. No fault of the owner, but if you're staying in the bedroom, be prepared to hear a lot of doors slamming throughout the hallways in the morning. All in all, it was a nice stay. Li was very professional and easy to work with. Thank you very much!!

The beach view was prefect. Enjoyed the lazy river and walking the beach in the evening. The Sky Wheel have great views of the area. Li checked in on us, which was nice. We stayed two weeks and enjoyed every relaxing minute. In the future we will stay here again.
