It is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. It does not record actual sounds or conversations. Our devices are both inside and outside. Tampering with the device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $250 fine.

There will be a hold in your credit card 2 days before your check out for the amount $1,500 as a Refundable Security Deposit just in case something happened during your stay.

3. Please turn off the AC when you go out to save electricity and prevent the unit from freezing.
4. Please do not put the AC below 69 degrees. The pipes could freeze and it will take hours to thaw out if they do.
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please respect the noise curfew.
8. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. Please do your dishes.
13. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Events are allowed only during the day.
Smoking is allowed outside the house in the backyard
Pets are not allowed in the beds and/or furniture.
